Good so far, some minor intuitive setbacks
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and organization on the main page is clear. Coming from Adobe Sign, this is a nicer user interface. I like the tools to site arrange your files. I would like the option to send out documents that have already been signed to be signed by others. Color-coding your signers is also a nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a more robust on the fly menu. While I appreciate the clarity of the interface, it would be helpful to have more pulldown menus and the like. I would also like the fields to snap to shape. If I add a signature requirement, I would like it to auto-resize to the box or line for the signature. This is an Adobe feature I liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a public school special education teacher who has to get many things signed. Obviously, this makes it easier to manage, especially in these COVID-19 times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it for users who like the plug and play style experience. It has almost no learning curve to use its main function of getting things e-signed.

When you add the fields you can not see 100% where the text and signature are gonnal fall or the size they will have. To have a perfect lookinfg document you need to do an AB testing

We have limit physical contact and reduce issues with having not compatibles formats on the documents. It is easy accessible

The best option for eSignature on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send and get signatures on any type of documents is pretty awesome. Easy to use, great tutorials and their price point beats many other competitors. The interface is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. They allow you to create templates from many types of documentslike PDF, Word, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. It is easy to use and they have good video tutorials on how to complete tasks. I wish there was more integrations available with other software, but that isn't signNow's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company needed a way to get MSP agreements, ACH forms and credit card authorization forms signed and sent back to us with as little steps as possible for the client. signNow has helped with this greatly! It has made our sign up process so much more simplified. We are also working on implementing signNow into our CRM for telecommunication legal documents!

If you are considering signNow, sign-up for the trial and you will see how easy it is to use and how it could help your company become more efficient in it's day to day operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to fill in every part of a form. Specifically I like how I can add a date or even just a section where the client can check off boxes. The versatility of sign now is my favourite. I also really like how I can save previous signers in the email section so I can keep straight who needs to sign where and just hit send. I also like how I can select the option to send notifications to myself or other people when everyone has signed or each person has signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick one thing I would say sometimes it's not clear where people need to sign, maybe if there were coloured tabs to indicate it? Some of the people I need to sign the documents are older so technology can be intimidating and I think the clearer every section is, the better. I wish that there was also an option where Sign now can prefill a form - i.e. when theres a lot to fill sign now can just fill in the blanks and I can review. Is there any way to do this?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID 19 I don't see anyone in person, so sign now has made it very easy to get forms signed without having to print & scan. Another benefit is that all of the documents that need signatures are in one place (sign now) - so now whenever I need to look back or retrieve older documents, I can just sign into sign now and find them very easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking at sign now I would definitely recommend it for anyone working from home who works in administration. Super easy to get everyones signatures without printing & Scanning.

I'm pleased with the ease of use of the platform, and the prompt notifications it makes for a great experience, and I can always get my documents signed expeditiously.

I would prefer that the bulk signature component be included at a lower price tier.

Simple electronic signature service; easy transition to entirely remote interviews, inspections and paperwork compilation.

Easiest online signature product to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the website is second to none! It makes it easy to stay organized and get all required documents sent out to the right candidates. Having the templates saved makes my life as a user so much easier. Sign Now is not time consuming at all. A lot of time it is the easiest part of the entire process for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any part of the website that I dislike. It makes the whole process smooth from the time I send out a request to the time I receive confirmation that the document has been signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up the process of getting documents signed. As soon as I send out the request, the signer receives an email telling them exactly what to do and where to sign. They are walked through the process and before you know it, the completed form is back to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up templates to save you time! Having the templates set up will increase the amount of documents you are able to get out to signers and keep things organized on your end, as well.

Great solution for a "real" virtual signature on mobile and desktop.
What do you like best about the product?
Make a real signature on mobile device that can be reused on the desktop. Both mobile and the desktop versions are very easy to use. Competitors that use a fake font I think are less legit looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website experience is slow and it takes sometime to load, but not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to sign documents with ease electronically, and more importantly, I can coordinate with other signers and client signatures easily.
Excellent eSign Solution for a small & mid size company
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike most of the other eSign Solution providers, SignNow allows unlimited documents to be signed. You can pretty much import a word or PDF document into SignNow and just send it for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot edit a document once it's imported into SignNow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aplenty. Stopped mailing out physical copies that need to be signed. Saved on printing and mailing. Saved the effort to print. Saved time with quicker turn around time in obtaining signatures.

how easy it is to upload file and send for signing

the tutorials can be more detailed there is so much to do in there and a lot I had to figure out by trial and error. But the customer service team is great. there chat system is very responsive and helpful.

Clients signing the forms needed prior to setting up appointments. It's more user friendly than what we were using before and clients like it. easy to use for all our staff as well
