What do you like best about the product?
I'm pleased with the ease of use of the platform, and the prompt notifications it makes for a great experience, and I can always get my documents signed expeditiously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that the bulk signature component be included at a lower price tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple electronic signature service; easy transition to entirely remote interviews, inspections and paperwork compilation.

Be sure that you search the site prior to signing up to ensure that their pricing/tiered setup is correct for you
Easiest online signature product to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the website is second to none! It makes it easy to stay organized and get all required documents sent out to the right candidates. Having the templates saved makes my life as a user so much easier. Sign Now is not time consuming at all. A lot of time it is the easiest part of the entire process for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any part of the website that I dislike. It makes the whole process smooth from the time I send out a request to the time I receive confirmation that the document has been signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up the process of getting documents signed. As soon as I send out the request, the signer receives an email telling them exactly what to do and where to sign. They are walked through the process and before you know it, the completed form is back to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up templates to save you time! Having the templates set up will increase the amount of documents you are able to get out to signers and keep things organized on your end, as well.

Great solution for a "real" virtual signature on mobile and desktop.
What do you like best about the product?
Make a real signature on mobile device that can be reused on the desktop. Both mobile and the desktop versions are very easy to use. Competitors that use a fake font I think are less legit looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website experience is slow and it takes sometime to load, but not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to sign documents with ease electronically, and more importantly, I can coordinate with other signers and client signatures easily.
Excellent eSign Solution for a small & mid size company
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike most of the other eSign Solution providers, SignNow allows unlimited documents to be signed. You can pretty much import a word or PDF document into SignNow and just send it for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot edit a document once it's imported into SignNow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aplenty. Stopped mailing out physical copies that need to be signed. Saved on printing and mailing. Saved the effort to print. Saved time with quicker turn around time in obtaining signatures.

how easy it is to upload file and send for signing

the tutorials can be more detailed there is so much to do in there and a lot I had to figure out by trial and error. But the customer service team is great. there chat system is very responsive and helpful.

Clients signing the forms needed prior to setting up appointments. It's more user friendly than what we were using before and clients like it. easy to use for all our staff as well

Not as easy to use as EchoSign; e.g., can't 'drag and drop' original docs for processing.

Problem: working remote and managing documents electronically. Totally eliminated paper files.
Easy to use. Effective way to get signatures and track the documents.

Flexibility to add sign, date, text boxes etc

Inability to setup multiple separate documents that all have same signing "pattern". Need to re-add and setup for each doc.

Excellent option for electronic signatures
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity! I can't stress this enough! I have used other platforms for electronic signatures and this platform keeps it very simple and user friendly. Just my style! I have used 2 other platforms in the past and my clients have commented repeatedly how much they prefer this one over the other two.

Thus far, nothing. Will update though if I come across something.
