Simple, effecient and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the user interface and simplicity of the functionality makes this tool the perfect option for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I wish that was available or I have not figured out is how to change the font within forms.

Extremely Easy and Secure!
What do you like best about the product?
The program is so easy to upload a document that needs signed and clients can respond in minutes! I have saved more in postage and headaches of sending and praying that I can get the signed pages back without coffee stains, in a time sensitive manner! We are all guilty of procrastinating and this cuts out so many reasons to! A few clicks and its finished! I can archive the signature pages to retrieve later which has come in handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could combine documents for clients to sign all at once without having to print and scan them together. Having to go to each document to insert signature lines gets to be a bit of a hassle when one client gets 3 separate documents.
I also find that we have to play the matching game too many time when logging in. There have been several days where we have had to go through the pictures about 20 times!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have spent so much in postage and time to obtain signatures this program has eliminated a lot of this! My CSR can send documents and upload so it helps that I can spread the workload. It used to take clients weeks to send signature pages back and now within minutes, they can have them back to us! We have had tons of positive feedback on the ease of use from the client's side.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The fast and easy programs will save tons of time mailing and waiting for individuals to stop by or mail documents back! As soon as we obtained the program, we collected about half of the signatures we were waiting for!

It's extremely convenient to be able to send documents that require input and signatures through the SignNow program. Especially during this time where some are working from home and social distancing.

I dislike that I am unable to modify templates

Benefits are getting forms and documents signed without having to meet in person

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and price of the plans available, the fact you get unlimited envelopes, and the ability to bulk send documents to lists of people with a simple import. This ticks all the boxes for our business. Also the ability to filter the results of who has signed and who hasn't makes following up with people easy. I did a fairly comprehensive comparison of most of the signing products available on the market before deciding on SignNow, and can say that nothing comes close to the features this has at this price point. The online help chat is also great, and a rep has always been available to speak whenever I needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to update my payment details, but it is probably because it was the first time I had done it. It also took me a while to get my head around inputting the dynamic fields onto the documents I had created, but I think each platform has it's own way of presenting it. Once I had worked it out, it became a simple process which I have managed to use on all documents I have had to send out.

We have used it for sending contracts, and to deliver training to our staff that requires signing. With the issue of the pandemic we have had to do all of the normal things electronically, and recording a signature was essential for this process. As we have a large workforce, we can be sending documents out frequently, and having the bulk send option is a valuable feature.
Great for most purposes
What do you like best about the product?
UI is easy to use, fields are easy to place, users have no trouble signing. It's less expensive and does 90% of major competitors' products functions that cost a lot more. The templates work pretty well, too, and make mass signing much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support has been really tough to get a hold of and work real problems out. We use SSO and have a few times lost connectivity and it took over a week to get to someone that could help.

Essential application for digital signature
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of using this system. As the person who prepares the files, and for us as the people who sign them, I can put the documents together if I use them repeatedly in a short time. It is an effective system and a reliable tool for our company.

It may take a little time to create a document to be sent.

SignNow has created a platform that is easy to navigate, easily managed and organized, and easily implemented to scale across multiple users. Efficiency is key, and SignNow delivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, our organization has not found any major issues with SignNow. Within a year's time of our organization utilizing SignNow, the resounding feedback from employees has been positive.

SignNow has allowed our organization to change a historically paper filled process into a completely Digital platform that is a better service to our customers, saves our employees time, and greatly eliminates user error for a process that historically for our organization is filled with natural errors.
Quick and easy setup
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started and sending out my first contracts took only a couple hours. I simply imported the word document versions of my contracts, added the drag-and-drop fields to fill out, then sent it to my prospects! I received my first signature the same day! It was very simple to line up the text and signature fields so that it looked very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grouping contracts would be nice to have in the lower business plan. I have two contracts that every customer must sign and it would save even more time if I could send them in a single notification instead of separate. It would also make the list of documents less cluttered. This feature is available on the higher paid plans, but it isn't worth it alone for me just to organize my screen. I feel that helping us organize the screen would be a more basic function on the business plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, having long paper contracts to satisfy the attorneys and insurance companies can be a pain because every page needs initials. Now, with e-signatures I get my agreements fully executed easily, which adds tremendous value to my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful comparing prices at the entry level between products. It depends on your use-case and there is a vast difference between solutions.
