Good electronic signing app
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and intuitive design makes the apps quick to execute signature requests. I especially like that I can create folders to drop documents into that correspond with my projects. the app also makes it easy to draw out places to sign and initial within the document uploaded. For instance, I have an NDA document I am currently using to solicit signatures from developers of an app I support. The document requires two places to sign. So, once I create one space for the signature, the second space assumes the signature blank is the same size and makes it easy for me to size the signature blank! I can't tell you how much that makes my job easy to create these places to sign without having to draw out each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to explore the document template group yet because I my license restricts me from even trying out the feature.
The date field is top-left justified and does not resize to the size of the drawn blank. Instead, I would prefer the justification be at left-bottom. and that it resize based on my preferred blank size rather than font size. Other than that, I really have no complaints. It is a refreshingly easy app to use and deserves all of the accolades it gets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
multiple signatories from different business entities on a single project organized within a single project folder... very nice. I can rename the document easily, but would like to have an api link that would go back to my document drafting solution... rocketlawyer or at least have templates that you could draw from in the app itself would be very nice.

I recommend you use this app as an alternative to other electronic signature apps.
Great Document Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely user friendly. The new feature that auto populates fields is extremely helpful

There is nothing that comes to mind and they are continually improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to get documents especially now that we are remote.

It is a great platform, very affordable in comparison to others with better customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the program is great! I have not had any issues with the program's functionality. You can easily upload documents, mark the fields necessary for completion and send the document off. The ability to sign my signature before sending the document for the other parties signature is great as well and eliminates a step some other programs have separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they can change it for you, it would be nice to have the option available on the end user side of things to only allow drawn signatures. There is an option to automatically save your documents to a could storage system, but it's not very user friendly and I haven't figure out how to use it other than getting my account linked. It would be nice if I could upload document directly from my linked cloud account and choose where to save them in the same account as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to get documents signed. Of course during the pandemic people are more hesitant to come in person to sign documents when needed. Sign Now has helped to solve that problem. The drawn signature option helps eliminate some people hesitation to use e-signature services as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the price it's an easy win for any business that needs an e-signature option! The features available on Sign Now are great and won't disappoint. If you need an e-signature option that allows for multiple types of signature options, as well as, great end to end tracking then this is it.

Very cheap, simple UI, interested with SALESFORCE and easy to collab with others to get signature.

Need a better Salesforce integration. It's not exactly like the web app and requires customization which isn't the same UI as SALESFORCE

E signatures as not possibly before signnow. We get contracts signed quicker and more efficiently. It's a must have

It has many templates which help me to generate the documents I can easily feed the customers information on this software and take their signature on the business contracts. Through this tool I am capable of creating the mobile native web forms also. Through its automation service, I have got rid of the repetitive task; it has become easier to extract the same client’s information to fill any certain form.

Its mobile application needs some improvement. Its works slowly. In addition there should be more reliable way for having the client’s signature; they have to install this application too.

love the fact that the app is easy to use. Love the fact that you get the ability to do this from computer and also from the app on your phone.

I wish I could know when the people opened the email and being able to track that. I think that having this so that it can be upload to email automation would be very helpful. I don't like the fact that there is no hands on training or training videos on what to do. When you think about learning everyone learns a different way and we want to make sure that people actually know how to use the platform.

I am resolving the having to go and print the document and that have faxes come in now we can just have someone sign it over the internet and it makes it so much smoother. Also reducing the liability of lawsuits because all of the documentation hasn't been signed. I also get to fill in pdfs and it links right with all of the apps that I have that host my documents.

I would make sure that you take time to understand everything that app has to offer because you don't want to have to learn it later. Make sure that you have ll of your documents ready for upload as well because you want to make sure that everything is in 1 place for full integration.

Ability to create files in Microsoft Word with bookmarks to instantly turn them into fillable instructions when uploading the scanned documents. I was then asked to generate groups of documents and a bespoke signature order, which is ideal for signing real estate leases.

Initialization and signature on the app are really clean. Still, if you sign the mouse's use on the computer system, the result is a not so fresh, it is released disorganized.
