Great Service! Reasonable Price!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the program is great! I have not had any issues with the program's functionality. You can easily upload documents, mark the fields necessary for completion and send the document off. The ability to sign my signature before sending the document for the other parties signature is great as well and eliminates a step some other programs have separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they can change it for you, it would be nice to have the option available on the end user side of things to only allow drawn signatures. There is an option to automatically save your documents to a could storage system, but it's not very user friendly and I haven't figure out how to use it other than getting my account linked. It would be nice if I could upload document directly from my linked cloud account and choose where to save them in the same account as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to get documents signed. Of course during the pandemic people are more hesitant to come in person to sign documents when needed. Sign Now has helped to solve that problem. The drawn signature option helps eliminate some people hesitation to use e-signature services as well.

For the price it's an easy win for any business that needs an e-signature option! The features available on Sign Now are great and won't disappoint. If you need an e-signature option that allows for multiple types of signature options, as well as, great end to end tracking then this is it.
