Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very easy to use and my customers think the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change right now is the ability to set shorter minimum time for the document expiring. 3 days is sometimes too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for mailing papers to clients anymore. Getting signatures faster and booking fees faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how SignNow makes job easier mostly during this pandemic. We use SignNow in our business to communicate with clients and it makes it easier without having a direct contact and clients can just sign them at their time. I also like how SignNow is very detailed and easy to access.

There is really nothing I do not like about SignNow. Everything seems to work perfectly on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, during this pandemic it helps us communicate with clients without having a direct contact with them and they can just sign them on their own personal time. I like how it is very detailed and easy access, where i can just print the document once its done, and also there's a checklist if all the documents are signed. It also gives us a notification/email when we have to sign on the document.

SignNow allows for quicker turnaround time in getting documents signed with much less hassle. No mailing or postage and deals get finalized quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates you can customize so when you send similar forms to new people it's all ready to go and you just have to change their name. Very reasonable prices.

Honest I don't have any problems with it, works for what I need which is a simple way to collect signatures

I have an online consulting business, makes it easy to get waivers signed.

It is user friendly. Emails are sent very quickly.

I do not like the fact when input text it sometimes does show in the place where you want it exactly once you save the document.

A problem is text not in the exact place I want it. I can and for multiple signatures in a document at one time.

Great Way To Get Documents Signes
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using SignNow for the last four years. It’s a great way to get documents signed while also protecting documents. It’s easy to use and user friendly for those you request for their signatures. I would recommend all businesses to use this. It’s easier than some of the other products that are out there now. I am always getting transcripts request or need signatures for attendance records, report cards, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At time when I request signatures, sometimes the person doesn’t receive the email and it goes to their junk mail. I wish there was also a way I can add the signature box to multiple items instead of doing it one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time from printing documents out (wasting paper) and then having the required people sign them. Instead I send the documents for them to sign and I upload the documents to a portal electronically or I can email items right away once they are signed.

I own a real estate investment company so we have loads of documents to sign. I use the signing links to setup Lien Waiver forms. Gets my subs paid fast and keeps me organized.

The like the ability to send contracts to my clients. I can upload the contract and send for signature quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an edit feature that allowed my to correct mistakes in my contract without having to correct and then upload again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to use it for all kinds of documents that may need my signature. I simply upload the document and send to myself. Once I have it, I sign and send back to me. Then I can save the document with my signature and forward to the required party.

I like the simplicity of program, and it was realy helpful during pandemic of COVID

When sending the document from the link, the responses were signed as guest signer, which made work difficult
