Great Service, Amazing Price
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and at a really great price in comparison to the competition
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have a template body that is sent with the eSignature email. I also wish you didn't need to download the app for clients to sign when using their mobile devises
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting client signatures waaaaay faster. Now the client doesn't need to print, sign and scan back, they can just open and sign right on their phone.
I had signatures which I was waiting months on. The first day I tried it, I got those signatures back within two hours.

I appreciate being able to use SignNow. Especially as I am having all of my meetings virtually.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send it to so many people and that it's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the features were a little easier to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since all of my meetings have been virtual, it's been really helpful to use Sign Now in order to get all of my meeting attendants to sign our required signature form.
Sign now is easy, efficient and affordable!

The templates are great. Huge timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot Assign assigning step to myself at the beginning and then again at a later point in the process. Having to complete all of my signing steps at once instead of being able to set them up at different points in the process is limiting.

Minimizing the need to make a different contract for each project we take on.

You will Have to complete all signing steps at once instead of being able to set them up at different points in the process other than that everything is straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to simply load documents for e-signature. Also as a repository for all contracts and other legal documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing on the hosting end. Maybe if I was sent a link having to set up another account, but that is very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more scanning for contract or legal document signatures. We even us it to turn documents sent to use for signatures. Time savings and central repository of all signed documents.

Easy to sign and send to clients for signing digitally

It’s not exactly clear where to sign in the box and after a client has filled there field there is no way to adjust the signature to the exact line. I guess a better indication of where the box and writing will actually appear on the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m in real Estate and sign now saves lots of paper printing, scanning and time. I can meet clients directly to sign my iPad or send them an Email link without having to leave my home or even work from my car!

Convenient and easy to use for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
You can use it on the go with the app and it works great to sign contracts and get a quick response. Very easy to use for unfamiliar users. Simple step by step instructions that are easy to follow for anyone. Ability to add text to the document along with your own signature is very helpful and gives you the ability to edit the document as needed with starting over. I like the fact that it emails you the document when finished and also every time a signature has been collected so that you are up to date at all time. You have the ability to download or upload to Google Drive as well. Template abilities and options help save time and allows you to send documents right after another to numerous signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag and you will have to reload the page in the middle of editing, then you have to start over and that is super frustrating. Sometimes you can have trouble if you use a main email for the account but also need to send documents to that email for signature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps with getting contracts signed in a timely matters and getting employee boarding docs out and signed with out having to meet in person. With our current situation with COVID it is a huge benefit for our business and other organizations

The status updates each time a client signs.

There is sometimes a delay between when I client tells me they've signed and when it shows up in Sign Now or in my Email as an alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COVID-19 social distancing problems. Many of my clients are in high risk COVID categories. Sign Now has made it possible to work with them through the pandemic with little interruption. I experienced an increase in my business as word got around our little town that I could completely serve electronically.

I love how I can quickly search documents. It really helps me to keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I would like to see is changing information or the title of the document after it’s already been signed... example I’m a mobile DJ Entertainment company and I had to reschedule a lot of dates due to Covid so rather than making a new contract I would change the date on the contract but unfortunately it won’t allow you to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly search for a document (in my case dates) that I’m contracted and booked out for.
The best e-sign app I've ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Sign now has and is so easy to use and has never let me down. Our business sends contracts all the time to our clients and we have never had any complaints about the experience. The price point is just as awesome as well! I can't imagine going back to emailing blank contracts to our clients. UX is really good and makes signing efficient and fast. Love it!

I think the fact that SignNow doesn't remember my login when I open the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signnow has solved the dreadful back and forth with contracts via email. Signing on any device or computer couldn't have been more easier.
