What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can quickly search documents. It really helps me to keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I would like to see is changing information or the title of the document after it’s already been signed... example I’m a mobile DJ Entertainment company and I had to reschedule a lot of dates due to Covid so rather than making a new contract I would change the date on the contract but unfortunately it won’t allow you to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly search for a document (in my case dates) that I’m contracted and booked out for.
The best e-sign app I've ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Sign now has and is so easy to use and has never let me down. Our business sends contracts all the time to our clients and we have never had any complaints about the experience. The price point is just as awesome as well! I can't imagine going back to emailing blank contracts to our clients. UX is really good and makes signing efficient and fast. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fact that SignNow doesn't remember my login when I open the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signnow has solved the dreadful back and forth with contracts via email. Signing on any device or computer couldn't have been more easier.

Easy platform to use, easy for clients to sign documents

We like everything about SignNow. There is nothing to dislike. We have always had a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need documents signed by clients from all over the US. SignNow makes it easy to get signatures from anywhere in the world. If a client is traveling, we can easily get a signature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We highly recommend sign now for any business. We are cloud based, so SignNow fits in with our organizations needs. We can communicate and get signatures with employees and clients all over the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and simple. Drag and drop to add signatures, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once sent out, but before all the signatures are in, you're unable to edit without starting over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using templates has made it easy to get repetitive documents completed and signed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm probably using only a fraction of the capability. Take time to learn the systems and features.

It is easy to use. New documents can be added and sent out in about a minute. Signing a document only takes a few clicks and it's done!

I don't have any dislikes at the moment.

We implemented SignNow when the Covid-19 crisis hit. It helped us receive applications and signed lease agreements from anywhere, and helped us keep our business going.
Absolutely incredible experience, it makes the signing process so easy and efficient.

The fact that once you have combined documents to be signed they stay on the screen. They should be hidden.

Inputs can be tedious at first but once you learn the system it’s easy.

No problems. I benefit from the ability to digitize my transaction documents.
I tested Signnow and also linked it to my entity Netsuite account

I have tested SignNow and also watch a demo of signnow. The integration with netsuite seems good. Being able to approve and sign netsuite transaction and file it in both netsuite and signnow is awesome

The free trial need to be extended as the time is short
