Unable to send a doc to another person once it is signed without downloading it and then re-uploading it, and going through the whole set up and send for sig again.
Haven't figured out how to add more folders than just 'Archive' , would possibly use to better organize the docs signed.

SignNow is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and intuitive. I can set up multiple signers and then add my own when they're done. A great feature I use frequently is the merge option. If I have 2 or more PDFs that need to become one, I can do that here without buying a different program or the full Adobe. They have an app that I use frequently as well and the syncing between the app and web browser access is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's not free? Ha. I'm not sure i HAVE anything negative to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially during social distancing, I am able to get documents quickly and securely to my clients for signatures - and receive them back just as fast an easily.

Give this a shot, it really is a phenomenal product.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, shows document history, great value at the pricepoint. We're much happier with SignNow than we were with Docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if we could edit a document, or update an uploaded document with losing all of the fields that were set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the fastest/easiest way for our clients to sign our contracts and have them sent back to us.

None really - it's pretty straightforward.

The ability to send and received signed paperwork within minutes. It removes the excuse of not having the time to come to the office. It also saves time by cutting out the office chit chat.

I wish there was a way to streamline the email process with multiple signers.

With Covid going on it's nice to be able to limit face to face contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to send documents out. It goes right to your email and shows you exactly where you need to sign, which makes it easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much at the moment that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with cancer patients who come from all over the US. Before we had to have them sign in person or email and scan their document. This allows us to connect much faster. It makes our process a lot easier, which is important for our patients who already have enought to worry about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a document that you use frequently, it is very easy to make a template then add in emails to send out. It takes two seconds to add a new email. It works very well.

I would prefer if I could use the same email address for two people.

It is user-friendly and accessible offline. Templates are great. Downloading and setting up templates is very easy. It makes work documents portable and I like the unlimited archiving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is rather expensive and for the same price you can do more with Adobe. Also, I detest the fact that they keep changing the formatting of the program as storing signatures and limiting signatures as well as the fact that you cannot re-name documenta if you have mistakenly mis-labeled something (I.e wrong client name).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to easy provide our contractors with signature confirmations even when their signature program fails.
