Works well for group signing documents

What do you like best about the product?
Once set up, the documents seam easy to navigate for signers.The prompts given are helpful in guiding them where to sign and what information to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it was a little more mobile phone friendly - I have had a few users struggle with where to input data when they are completing a document on their phone. Seem to have better feedback when signers are on a desktop. Also, would like to be able to choose from a template email instead of having to write a new one for each document I send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to create a group template of multiple documents with different triggers that activate once a task is completed and that I can send this to a group of email addresses and it will label each document with a chosen name and the persons email address. Very helpful!

Simple, Easy & Quick to Navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to understand, easy to navigate throughout the system and customers are able to understand the concept easily. We are able to keep track of signed applications and important documents more efficiently since having SignNow. We recommend all fellow business owners if they are in need of an E-Signing platform at an afforable cost, SignNow is the way to go. We were able to pick up how to use the system within a day of the free trial. We copared to other companies and found SignNow to be the best fit for our agency and has been the biggest asset to our business ever since.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could possibly be a little more organized layout, but honestly it's good how it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to keep a clean book of business and ensure all policies have all signed documents. Saves us money on stamps to have applications mailed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrating with more insurance managing systems like Hawksoft

Great Experience as a Business Owner and as a Consumer

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to drag a Word or PDF document and quickly get to work on editing for obtaining signatures. And I like the fact that SignNow emails a copy of signed documents to all signers. Also, I like the ability to automatically set reminder emails to go out with expiration dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a great experience so far. Never had an issue and do not dislike any part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients don't need to print, sign with a pen, scan to PDF, and then email back to me. What takes 10 minutes or up to several days now takes 1 minute.

Easy way to get signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for our employees and clients love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to make changes to documents after it is sent since it can't be edited. I then need to start the whole document over to make the necessary changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timing we can get the paperwork signed very fast.

Link Feature is Perfect

What do you like best about the product?
There are many digital signature softwares out there, but I like SignNow because they allow you to send a link to contracts. Most other platforms make you send the contract to email addresses that you put in the system. This is a great feature and makes life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all of these platforms, they have too many features for me. I just want a simple platform that I can upload a document and send a link for. Don't get me wrong, this is still very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to send PDF contracts to clients for them to print out and send back. First fo all, this removes the inconvenience of having clients print out, sign, scan, and send back contracts. It's a huge bottleneck. When you need multiple signatures on one document, this is a nightmare.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the same as the other signature platforms but has the ability to send contracts as a link. This is a huge win. I recommend it.

It prompts people to download an app on the iPhone when so finding but you don’t need to

Quick turnaround on signatures and I can track when things are signed in one system

I trailed a bunch of different esign software and sign now was the best value and most easy to use

signNow Saves Time, Integrates with Automation Software

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is an easy-to-use tool that is easy to master. I started using it for one-off contracts to sign. Now, I use it in every one of my projects. I no longer have my clients sign paper copies of anything. Everything goes through SignNow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is how most people haven't heard of SignNow. My clients want DocuSigns or Adobe signature products, and I have to explain to them that SignNow is just as valid. The other major dislike is that it is difficult to read documents on mobile device when using SignNow. I advise my clients ahead of time to plan to access the document on a tablet or desktop computer so they can see the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow integration with Zapier has greatly increased time-savings at my business. Leveraging automation tools with SignNow has saved me considerable billable hours. I have integrated Google Forms with SignNow via Zapier. I enter in basic client information in the Google Form, and then it goes to a template on SignNow and sends to the clients automatically. Once signed on SignNow, the signed agreement goes directly to a dedicated Google Drive folder for future sorting.

Always shop around and make sure SignNow will fit your organization's needs.

SignNow put the Easy into e-signatures for group forms

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration options for teams and the ease of creating a link to post, email, or text are what make SignNow stand out above the competitors. I most love the ability to copy fields from a previous form you have setup to a new one. This is especially helpful when you have a small change (like dates) to change on a form, and it saves you a TON of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could designate where email notifications are sent when someone signs a form. When you are working as a team, it would be nice to be able to designate which member of your team receives the notification emails and PDF copies of the signed forms. I have to forward them to the correct person because there is not an setting that can be adjusted for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving trees!! We have been able to go almost completely digital in our department and drastically reduce our carbon footprint by using SignNow. Not to mention, we are saving a lot of money too by reducing our printing costs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Team pricing is not very affordable, but individual use is not bad. It would be nice if they offered better discounts for small businesses that only need a 2-3 seats. I would upgrade to more seats, if there was a discount for additional seats.
