Quick logon and easy to upload and sign.

Nothing comes to mind as the platform is so simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sign contracts and get things done quickly! People sign WAY faster when they don't have to print, scan, send. They just click and done!

Great features at a low price
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you have unlimited templates and a signing order made us go with SignNow. We also use the Google Drive integration, which came free of charge and works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far - nothing to dislike. We've been using SignNow for 1 month and it has worked wonderfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating signatures for our contract. Automatic integration with Google Drive.

Very easy to use with lots of features at a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has simplified the process of getting documents signed and returned to us by our vendors, subcontractors and others. We've found the app simple to use and have gotten positive feedback from those receiving our invites; along with the ease of using the app on mobile devices. I feel their website does a good job laying out the features each package offers.
Where we did have questions on certain features or capabilities we found the live chat to be responsive and helpful. Also, it is nice that they held a recent webinar for users to attend.
Our business is project oriented so we like that invites/documents can be archived in unique folders. Unlimited invites leave the possibilities open for other uses for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the contact information for signers was somehow tied in to Outlook. The app does recall emails once a user starts to type the initial letters and also lists recent emails to the right side of the screen. However, there is no recall for the person's name associated with that email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow made the document signing process more efficient. Quality of saved, signed documents is much better since scans are no longer needed. The SignNow Dashboard gives a quick glance to the user of all outstanding documents. Since the signers get a copy of the signed document also it alleviates us from the need to send additional emails like we used to.
Great price for my basic needs of document signing.
What do you like best about the product?
It was hard to find a service that offered unlimited uploadable templates PDFs that I could tailor edit for each client for a reasonable price. Some services did not allow you to edit your uploaded templates, some had a limited number of templates you could upload, and others were too expensive for something that's pretty basic in nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. There is a big price difference between if you pay monthly or yearly, but that's often how things are done these days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest issue is being able to upload forms where then need to enter in a client name later so I want to be able to upload a single form that has many blanks and want to fill in these blanks ONLINE before I send it to the client so that I only have one blank form that I've uploaded. SignNow makes it easy to do that.

Think of what you need, how much it costs, and compare to what signNow offers.

There is always a watermark if you do not purchase the product.

What do you like best about the product?
We have tested a few digital signature platforms, each with its own benefits and pitfalls, however, we now unearthed that SignNow might be your ideal price remedy. Once incorporated to the sales-force method, it's an easy and easy means to create pricing employing SignNow technologies. Even the SignNow SaaS system also permits easy production of models after and for many and quick usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't observe any issues in my time with SignNow, except for some couple missing functions that you can execute later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending purchaser signed contacts fast and easily, increasing visibility with api and managing all mobile sections of the internal processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is just a significant way to scan paper forms and send your signatures. After some time of deploying it, I discovered a few features that may be interesting, such as much better control over the frequency of e-mail notifications

Very easy to follow and very simple. Everyone can understand it.

It only had a few days (6 or 7) free trial and the documents I have sent off weren't sent back to me in time. However I have contacted SignNow and they were very kind and extended the free trial for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have contracts for clients to sign and with SignNow it is much faster and easier to get them to sign.

Ability to sign documents online. This that is so convenient.

At first I could not edit text sections other than the signature section.

Currently I do not have problems with signNow. Benefits would definitely be the ability to sign my PDF files

- Office in the USA, time difference between HK and USA will delay their replies
and support
- Waited for a period of time to get updates from the Sales team. However, SignNow has live chat support in the website, and the CS answered inquiries almost in real-time
