What do you like best about the product?
I forget what they’re called but they’re equivalent to PowerForms on Docusign. The ability to send multiple people the same link to sign makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be better but that’s it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow saves me possibly hours per day.

SignNow is a better value than Docusign
I started using signNow 2 months ago and it had made my business process so much easier.

The ease of set up documents for signatures. The ability to set up templates.

I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.

1. Allows our team to get electronic signatures through link sharing. It doesn't require people to sign up for an individual account.

It takes more work than expected to organize all files (i.e. not able to upload documents to designated folders)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has definitely made the paperwork easier, especially during Covid. We are able to get signatures from people all online.
Way better than Docusign

Easy to navigate and create forms. Clients are finding it easy to use as well which is important.

Nothing so far. I'm loving this program.

Easier to put initials and signatures on the docs unlike other apps.

I like that there are folders to which I can keeps like documents together for easy access. Also I like how easy it is to format a document to have signed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorials were a tad confusing, but I managed.

I am able to see quickly who hasn't signed contracts. Also I have the ability to create automated follow up emails for contracts so I don't have to do it myself.

I like it that i can easily send econtracts. I realize i can do this anytime and anywhere as long as i have my ipad or iphone

Try it first and you'll see it's worth every penny. It's also easy to use and they have lesser to zero downtimes!
