Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to sign documents online. This that is so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I could not edit text sections other than the signature section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I do not have problems with signNow. Benefits would definitely be the ability to sign my PDF files

1. Sales Representative/pace of follow up
- Office in the USA, time difference between HK and USA will delay their replies

- Waited for a period of time to get updates from the Sales team. However, SignNow has live chat support in the website, and the CS answered inquiries almost in real-time

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and allows for adjusting the sign boxes. Really enjoy it over other signing programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it could autopopulate the field so I don't have to spend hours on end doing it one by one. But not a deal breaker.

No problems. Benefit of sending things electronically and having others send it back in time.

It is relatively easy to use. I have used DocuSign in the past, and this one is just as easy.

I don't like the address book. I think it could be easier to manage and maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a product that would allow us to have new customers sign our paperwork but also without sending limits. SignNow fit the bill. We can have our customers sign their paperwork, upload any documents they need, and we can send them to as many people as we need to. Other software puts limits that were way under what we needed. SignNow is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting emailed back has been a pretty slow process. Luckily the software is easy to use and I haven't needed much support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SignNow we would email all of our paperwork for our customers to print, sign and email back. This has sped up the process along with allowing our customers to sign as soon as the open the email without having to print and try to scan it back in, etc.

It's very easy to use. You shouldn't have any trouble setting it up.

SignNow was exactly what I needed - Better than the other guys
What do you like best about the product?
I needed signatures penned by hand/stylist to be in compliance for my business. The other doument signing webware I used was unable to disable the option to have signers type their signature. I contacted SignNow about my needs via chat box, spoke with a real person and had Exactly what I needed within 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I could possibly think of is that you will receive an ungodly amount of emails when sending bulk invites, but even that has proven to be advantageous in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send bulk invites to have 50 different cases sign a template document with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to talk to a rep via chat if SignNow isn't exactly what you need. They were willing to make the changes I needed to my webware without hassle or fuss.
