More features for less money
What do you like best about the product?
I can request attachments with the signature. I also like the template feature and the ability to password protect the documents for sending sensitive data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow helps me collect sensitive data and signatures for my business. Other platforms are either not user friendly, can't be password protected or don't allow attachments. Those are all critical to my business.

Very full featured, especially for the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy to install, so actually technically less qualified customers/business partners are going to have no issue. The E Signature Request Form can be purchased in model alternatives, therefore any time you want an E Signature, you are able to get the E Signature Request Form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't notice any defects when using it in the workplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are able to send out the client a business paper, like a quotation, and ask them to sign it. Using SignNow for that purpose is much easier than printing, scanning and signing documents!

Try this formula, it pays back much more than it actually costs and also gives you the chance it may be precisely what you need to have.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest feature in Signnow would be its ability to send group documents that are triggered upon completion of a prior document. This intern requires less hands on monitoring by our HR department. Another feature within Signnow that our organization likes, is the template feature. This feature allows for documents to be uploaded and saved as a template which then allows for said template to be sent when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Signnow does not offer integration to company sites which prevents our organization from streamlining processes. To utilize signnow, one must first be logged in which creates an additional step in our company completing and/or sending its' onboarding documents. I would like Signnow to offer a feature that allows for integration of Signnow for use through the company's site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Signnow we alleviate time associated with onboarding new employees. Though it does not offer integration, the use of Signnow streamlines processes within our organization. The benefits with regards to this is allows our HR department more time to offer support in other company matters. It could be streamlined further with integration through our company's site.

our plan limits us to 1 signer only, i think for multiple its more expensive

We can't have physical meetings now so it eliminates the needs to have contracts signed in person.

Easy to navigate, the ability to create multiple templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating templates, it is sometimes tricky to figure out how to align the text field with the line on the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency with paperwork! We are able to get intake paperwork back more quickly from families, and it is easier to upload it to our online documentation system.

Obviously I like the fact that during this COVID time I don't have to risk my health by going to meet people in person and that everything is done online.

I honestly do not dislike anything about it. I don't see what there is to dislike, everything is online positive

The speedy time it takes to get signatures and the fact that we don't need to meet people in person.

Great Priced E-signature software for simple e-signing of simple documents at a low price.
What do you like best about the product?
Once you figure out how to use the software, it does the job. It isn't fancy and there isn't much instruction but with some experimentation, you can make it work. You should plan on sending yourself or someone in your company at least 7 to 10 documents to get everything right
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is sensitive to how you format your document. It takes several trials to get things correct. Spacing is a critical issue as text does not always line up in the signnow document like it did in your original. Found that open office format worked better than Word. We created "Blank" forms of the documents we use regularly and save them to be filled in when needed. Documents created in our Storage Management software do not work with Signnow. PDFs did not work for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Covid, it is not always feasible for customers to sign our RV Storage Contracts in person so we use E-signatures on the Contracts to allow contactless sign up at our RV Storage Facility.
Near perfect option for automating contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SignNow allows me to create a link that can be sent automatically to form responders for completion. It makes automation of paperwork for events I host a breeze. I simply added the link to the documents to the website buttons and it automatically takes the user to the form to complete from there. Additionally, I add form links to auto response emails on web forms so the user receives an email asking them to sign the contract. It then sends them a copy of the response for their own records which is very convenient for both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that with the link, the signer were able to create an account so I could easily search records of who completed the form. Additionally, so many confirmation emails come through that it is inconsistent to know which one to keep. Some attach the signed form for easy opening while others provide a link to the same document. When I then go online to my SignNow account, I cannot search for the user's name to find a completed document or file it properly online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an option that is legally compliant for e-signature that could be automated. While Adobe Sign offers me many conveniences, the easy integration for website forms is not one of them. SignNow solved that issue for me.
Finally found an affordable e-sign company
What do you like best about the product?
The customer does not have to download anything and they can even do it from a text message.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. Nothing yet to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease and speed to fill out credit applications. Customer always complained about not having a printer. The faster get all the signatures back, the faster we can close the deal.

What do you like best about the product?
it's a plus that includes tutorials to get you started. It is an easy and flexible tool to use. The mobile application helps me a lot and the support is excellent, they answer your doubts or questions immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team must improve the response time of the requests or doubts that the user has

At the moment I have no problem but they did solve a situation that I had by removing a seat. One of the benefits is the mobile application
