Great app
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using SignNow for over a year now, and thus far the entire process has worked well... None at all. I never started it since it is perhaps the best equipment I have previously used due to its service and cost. We never looked back.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing I do not love about the service today. It does the work of its, and it is really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There used to be a great deal of paper for signatures, but that is not the case any longer. Which saves us time, newspaper, printing, scanning and emailing. It's created us much more effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you want the signing process to be easier and much more efficient, do it, try it!
Great program
What do you like best about the product?
We use the signature now for our property agreements and I can't begin to tell you how many hours it saves us on each agreement. Without SignNow, we would have to chase people, worry about printing them, scanning them, and then remember to send us back their signed documents. SignNow removes all these headaches because everything is done electronically. It is easy to set up and very user-friendly, so even our least technically advanced customers/partners can use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to remind people/to give people the touch to sign who have not responded.I had some problems logging in last week. They reacted quickly and their suggestion allowed me to fix it and continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Signow I can quickly sign documents without having to print them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test the system to see if you like it or not. I'm not saying it's good for everyone, but it should meet the needs of most companies.
Excellent eSign system
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has the facility of text tags which can be include on your documents. Text tags for signature and invite are particularly useful , by adding these tags on the documents you can load the document to SignNow website and their system sends the document to signer which is already added on through text tag. Another useful feature is the windows context menu just right click on your document and it allows you to load it for esign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their mobile app is great for signing the documents and signature quality is excellent. You can also use the browser on your mobile device for signing but that is not as good as their mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having some issues with Windows context menu for loading documents but they are looking into it.

I really can't think of anything. It's user friendly and has the features I require to run my business.

Meetings with clients are limited during Covid and it saves a lot of time to have the documents signed over internet.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and navigation for signee. It has tons of features that we generally require for contract signing. Folders for organizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the dashboard, when we add any new doc it adds to home instead of current folder, so we have to move manually.

Contracts and employment offer letters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good tool to use and does the job done very nicely and that matters. Easy setup and usage.
SignNow is a great service and more affordable than their competition.

It was easy to use once I got used to it.

There isn't a signature verification needed to make it a valid contract similar to Docusign and other competing serves.

I have to have contracts signed for my business and meeting in person right now is a challenge
More features for less money
What do you like best about the product?
I can request attachments with the signature. I also like the template feature and the ability to password protect the documents for sending sensitive data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow helps me collect sensitive data and signatures for my business. Other platforms are either not user friendly, can't be password protected or don't allow attachments. Those are all critical to my business.

Very full featured, especially for the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy to install, so actually technically less qualified customers/business partners are going to have no issue. The E Signature Request Form can be purchased in model alternatives, therefore any time you want an E Signature, you are able to get the E Signature Request Form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't notice any defects when using it in the workplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are able to send out the client a business paper, like a quotation, and ask them to sign it. Using SignNow for that purpose is much easier than printing, scanning and signing documents!

Try this formula, it pays back much more than it actually costs and also gives you the chance it may be precisely what you need to have.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest feature in Signnow would be its ability to send group documents that are triggered upon completion of a prior document. This intern requires less hands on monitoring by our HR department. Another feature within Signnow that our organization likes, is the template feature. This feature allows for documents to be uploaded and saved as a template which then allows for said template to be sent when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Signnow does not offer integration to company sites which prevents our organization from streamlining processes. To utilize signnow, one must first be logged in which creates an additional step in our company completing and/or sending its' onboarding documents. I would like Signnow to offer a feature that allows for integration of Signnow for use through the company's site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Signnow we alleviate time associated with onboarding new employees. Though it does not offer integration, the use of Signnow streamlines processes within our organization. The benefits with regards to this is allows our HR department more time to offer support in other company matters. It could be streamlined further with integration through our company's site.

our plan limits us to 1 signer only, i think for multiple its more expensive

We can't have physical meetings now so it eliminates the needs to have contracts signed in person.
