It is amazing how easy is to fill and sign PDF documents using Signow and the support we get

To create filed from PDF and sign them it's just lit for me

I have developmed an e-ealing website for my client and he is using PDF documents which he recommends to keep them original but edit and sign them at the same time

If you can allow filed to be white instead of blue, that can work in terms of user experience

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to competitive systems, this one gives me the best flexibility at the lowest cost. Introduced to me by my CPA, I found it easier and faster to use. I highly recommend this system.

I do not see any downsides to using SignNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most recent migration of people working from home caused a problem for mediators like myself needing real-time transmission of signed documents. SignNow solved the problem for me and my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compared to other products, this gives more for the money especially with options to send to cell phones. The support is awesome, real-time so if I have questions while using it, tech support is there in moments.

Only in English and not all the signers speak english
Not sure about legal certification of the whole process. I couldn't receive a legal stamp from SignNow certifying the whole process in front of a third party

The price of the product is great. Functionality could be made more simple with correct sizing of boxes.

Having to resize boxes so they fit a spot

It makes my paperwork for real estate transactions very simple and efficient.
SignNow is the best for the price!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can easily create a signing link to email or text to a client. My clients are constantly missing the email notifications so it is essential to be able to send them a signing URL link directly to them. It works easily for my clients on mobile too! Their customer service support and billing support has been very responsive and fast (even on the weekends!)

I wish there were more zapier automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all of my docs autopopulated with signnow fields so I never have to login and customize fields. The automations that I have built with zapier and SignNow have taken a document creation task that took 25 minutes down to only 1 minute! It is a HUGE time saver.

If you need document signing easily automated, SignNow will work for you very well.

A longer free trial would be better, especially when clients are busy.

If you are looking for a simple and easy way to digitally sign documents, then you have looked in the right place with SignNow! I like how easy it is to upload a document and add the fields. Send an email to your client to get the document signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple companies and need to have an account for each. It would be great to have one account that I can switch between the different companies. Other than that, I really cannot think of any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly get a document signed to avoid slowing down the process if they needed to download, print, sign, scan, and email back a document is a huge problem resolved.
