Good service - delivers in what it offers!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive, responsive and punctual helpdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't pay for a plan, you're very limited in what you can do. You're not even able to delete past contracts that you no longer need, meaning it clogs up your folders. I was told the only way to be able to delete documents was to upgrade to a premium plan!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to integrate it with a third party so that my business is automated is fab!

problems if a signer does not have email address (ex. my clients are disabled and usually need their guardians to help them sign and I am unable without having to send in separate signing step to send to the same email address ... for people with no email would be good if could text or send in another way besides email

Definitely a must for a business especially at times like this

I like how its very easy to use. You can make sure it is also organize as you can create folders and title your documents properly. Overall look and its interface is user-friendly. It is very helpful for us at times like this where it needs a lesser person-to-person interaction, you can get your documents signed in a minute and it goes right to your inbox too. For all business especially, working remotely and all the digital platforms this is the answer on your waiting game for unsigned, unread important documents!
The bulk sending function is the best, as we have compared it to other similar software, some doesn't allow bulk sending like this but Sign Now has a very generous trial phase to send at least 50 documents per day. We would definitely, use this software again!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our campaign we would need our members to signed a declaration form, we're talking about hundreds of people here. And Sign Now has helped us with this task to send documents to our members at one go and the document was shared back to us easily and in an organize manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of sending my clients an electronic document that they can complete and send back to me automatically. Its very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The icons at the sides of the panel are a little bit difficult to interpret when creating your document to determine which type of questionnaire option to use. It was a little bit time consuming because of the confusion. I had to go into each panel icon to find out what style of question it would input and I wasn't sure how it would look on the clients end so I had to edit the document quite a few times in order to determine what the best option was. A draft of the document that you can go back and edit would have been helpful between publishing hte document, realizing the style of question didn't function for what you wanted to use it for and then I'd have to recreate a whole new document trying a different icon that might answer my intended question better. It was frustrating setting the document up, but once complete, the auto process was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to send a pdf file to clients that they would have to print out on their end, complete the form, scan the document and then upload it to email to send back to me. Sign now is a much more fluid way of acquiring information and consent from clients. It's fast and efficient.

SignNow allows for email invitations to sign documents. I have sent it to individuals who are not tech savvy and they have completed it without an issue!

I had one incident where the document came back in a format that I could not download. It has only happened once but wasn't helpful. I did not reach out to customer service though.

I have realized that it is very easy to get a document signed from a distance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a low cost way to work from a distance. It will allow you to have professional documents signed with ease. I would recommend SignNow for multiple applications including in-person and remote signatures.
