Good but needs revisions

What do you like best about the product?
Im able to remotely send a contract to a customer
What do you dislike about the product?
The documents will sometimes get lost in the same emails previously sent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If the customer is tech savory then its made a difference. If they dont know much about computers then its kind of a time waster
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Templates are kind of older user frame. Predicable signing is not always 100%. I had to re download and send the doc because it missed a few spots

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps us organized and streamlines our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way the interface accumulates unfinished contracts and doesn't delete them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our ongoing contracts into a single interface has saved us tons of time.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Relatively simple to use, slightly overpriced

What do you like best about the product?
Easy form setup and intuitive interface. I had no problems setting up the form, and editing it when changes needed to be made. The interface was similar to Adobe, which U am familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive for what I need right now. My form has maybe 3 fillable spots, and I only need to use it from December through February of each year. We may go back to paper forms.
Also, navigating the sent vs collected forms was a little complicated. We're sending this form to over 200 people, so I get 400+ emails, one for each form we sent and one form for each form received, and then occasionally an email if there was an error. It was driving me nuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate a paper-based system, but we're a non-profit and trying to cut costs wherever possible. We just can't justify paying a monthly fee for something that could be solved by printing and collecting paper for much less money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It seems like a great tool for people who use it to generate sales somehow. For example, if you use it to get legal documents to clients in an easier fashion and that helps you get and retain clients it would be good. Since we're a nonprofit, it seems like it wasn't really intended for us.

A very solid tool.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has one of the most important advantages. You can use tags and get most of the prep work done before uploading a document, this saves a ton of time if you noticed a mistake, and you have a long document.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI shows it's age, how slow it gets at times. I wish there would be an option to set many notification emails. It's, it's too much right now. Like you will get at least 3 emails for just 2 signing parties upon sending a document for signing. One that would say the signing process has started, great, another one that you have to sign it and the last one to other signing party. After all, parties have signed, you will get another inbox attack. I mean there are a few things you can't fix with Google inbox filtering, but seriously it would be so much better if this can be properly adjusted and instead of attacking inbox, I could get an alert in slack, but only if I need it there. Give me options, and I'm happy. As said earlier, UI is slow, and there is nothing to do there other than re-writing in from scratch, but for what its worth, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signing hello. It saves a ton of time for every user that uses it in our organization, plus it's nice that it affects carbon footprint in a positive way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to upload documents and have people sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to upgrade (and pay more) to send a single document out to multiples addresses to sign individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In exepensively having people signing documents and being able to safely store those signed documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great service!

The ease of this product makes business streamline easier. We are able to have clients who are tech savvy and not so tech savvy use the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few issues to start with but now I'm used to how the program works. It's pretty easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, it was easy for us to implement its great tools.

Great way to have customers sign documents

What do you like best about the product?
Customers don't have any trouble figuring out how to sign documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add an initial field to the same spot on every page of a contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts signed quick by customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign on the app to have a real signature instead of a typed cursive font.

User Friendly and Good for Small Business

What do you like best about the product?
Before using SignNow, I had worked with one other e-sign program, so I am no expert by any means. What I liked best about SignNow, is it was very easy to jump right into using. We are a small business and primarily use it to have new sales partners sign their agreements, payment schedules, etc. It was easy to add a combined agreement and insert text, date, and signature fields. I also like that it provides a link and an embed code depending on your version you purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes were not being able to easy remove and/or replace pages of a template or uploaded doc, and I also could not use the Uploads field/feature when sending a link to a template. So, if I needed uploads, I had to send the individual an invite to sign rather than use our templated/automated recruiting email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an affordable e-sign program without limits on how many we send out or use. We also wanted the link and embed option, and SignNow met both of those primary needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to check your integration capabilities such as with your CRM system or any other data hubs you use if needed.

SignNow - Fantastic Electronic Signature Solution

  • January 27, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to use and how efficient it has worked. I have not had any major issues with using the system or having my documents get blocked by email filters. Everything has seemed to work great. I also love how clean the dashboard looks. Overall its been a great experience, its helped me save time when it comes to getting agreements signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adding the custom fields buttons can get a little touchy, but other then that no complaints. The system has worked really well overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer, I have been using it for a few years now to help me save time instead of having someone print out a document and sign and scan and send back, I just send them the document with electronic signature fields and then its all done! I also love how professional it looks and the people who receive the electronic document also appreciate how much easier it is for them.

Not Impressed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send paperwork electronically for our company and copy other email addresses for different hiring managers who may need to be included on various new hire paperwork, offer letters, promotion letters, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have received a lot of negative feedback regarding completing forms and freezing. It varies by doing it over a mobile device, laptop, desktop computer, etc. Sometimes, the forms don't make their way to the relevant parties included or there is a significant delay. The platform is not user friendly either. We have team documents and templates and asked for help with understanding how to navigate SignNow for our HR Team back in the summer when we switched vendors from DocuSign to SignNow. During the demo, it seemed relatively intuitive but our experience has been lots of trial and errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, DocuSign was our previous platform and much easier, more reliable, etc. We are trying to streamline efficiencies for our HR department. Approval signatures for Resource Requisition Forms is relatively straight forward with simply adding signatures and dates to the uploaded documents; however, sending new hire paperwork (tax forms, direct deposit, etc.) and creating those custom fields has proven to be a challenge and not all on our team have the time to try to teach ourselves how to do this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve your training documents. I had to go search back in the summer, and it would be nice to have a full manual so to speak.
