Good value and feature set
What do you like best about the product?
Good features and decent price point compared to others including docusign, hellosign, and a few others we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Template field options and UI are a little clunky and have minor bugs like amex credit card validation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to get deals done and have contracts signed electronically.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is simple and straightforward setting up and sending out our templates. It's quick and easy for everyone involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had clients complain about names, etc. not being auto-completed before they receive the agreement. Though we've used other services in the past that did allow auto-complete, it's not something we find necessary due to the sheer number of clients we interact with on a weekly basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us complete our client intake process much more quickly. Previously, it could take a week for clients to receive our agreements via mail, or print a PDF to sign and return. Now it can take as little as a few minutes, depending on the client.

Gets the job done: Easy to upload documents, invite people to sign, add custom fields, etc.

It could have more options for signature fonts

No need to print, sign, scan, email etc documents anymore. I can get something signed within seconds.

Adding the ability to have customers sign agreements without having to print the document

Would be better to create a link that we can deposit into our email or an email that includes our corporate signature

Agreements were slow to be processed due to print, sign, scan - this has been greatly improved
User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Sign now is easier for my clients to use as opposed to other electronic signature services. Also, I think that archives of signed documents is easy to navigate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I having problems uploading documents that need signed.

Saves me so much time not having to drive all over the city chasing down clients for physical signatures.

Reduced waste. Made employee paperwork easier to manage. Saves time by not having to get signatures in person.
