What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SignNow for over a year and have had no issues. It's easy to set up and use, my clients are quick to return agreements and I've had no complaints, even from the non-techie ones.

nothing at this point, all aspects have been acceptable

My systems are more efficient, I've been able to move away from paper and don't have to rely on clients sending me scans.

What I like most about this platform is that it allows me to manage documents and make contracts with my clients from a distance regardless of whether they are present and that legal documents are never lacking to support my business or contracts, without a doubt this tool facilitates the handling of all kinds of documents in a pleasant and simple way for both the client and me and that helps me in my work area

The truth is I don't have many negative points in this program since it does its job in a very good way, however I don't like the support it has since it tends to be slow or nil in some cases, making solving problems almost always depends on the same user who should look for how to solve it, without a doubt better support for the user would improve the experience and help a lot to make this tool more useful than it really is

The problem that I am solving with this program is that of distance when doing business and having legal support, with this program I can make contracts or purchase and sale documents with people from different parts of the world, shortening the distance and increasing My business reach is undoubtedly a great tool so that distance is never a problem and in addition it is a secure platform for important documents that we have. The main benefit that I get from this program is that it allows me to manage and manage legal documents with my clients or relatives in a very easy and safe way for both clients and my person, it certainly helps a lot in situations where the client cannot be present In signing the contract and it is urgently needed, we can use this platform and avoid inconvenience or inconvenience and thus avoid losing good business opportunities

My recommendation for any user who wants to start using this program is to take the time to learn to use it correctly since we are talking about legal documents or contracts this tends to be a bit delicate so it is advisable to learn to use the program well to avoid inconveniences when doing business, since once the document is loaded it cannot be modified and its handling tends to be not intuitive
Easy-Fast-Efficient... Doesn't get any better for my business

I love how fast it is to upload a document and I can literally drag and drop the initials, dates, and signature slots exactly where I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like I get too many confirmation emails maybe when I create a document and when it is signed. But that isn't a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of simply not having an easy way to distribute my contracts. This just makes it so easy to do. The main benefit is it just saves me a ton of time.

The ability to send out a template of contracts for others to sign and complete.

I dislike the fact that if there is a change to the form (non-fillable fields), that I have to create and upload a new PDF then transfer over to Template and then insert the fillable fields again for the same type of form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a two-party signed contract with less work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can make the PDFs editable (in either the files or templates) would be greatly appreciated. This is my largest time consummer. I have to create a new PDF each time, delete the old version, re-upload, convert to template and then re-insert the same fields. This is caused by small changes in the document. Typically pricing changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to I have a contract agreement sent over to a client for signatures, so that we can get our process and underway immediately

I don’t leak the fact that you get complete documents before hand , Which makes it necessary to do the same paperwork every single time. .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients are in many different locations so it shortens the time that it takes for us to have signed documents in hand.

What do you like best about the product?
I practice law and often need releases and other documents signed on short notice. With Signnow, I can have clients sign documents and avoid driving around to meetings which we can conduct by telephone. I have save more time than I can count with Signnow
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any complaint so far. I have never had a client unable to use Signnow.

As above, Signnow saves me and my clients time and travel.
