Easy to use and effective!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to generate digital signatures instantly.

Lack of customizability in certain areas.

Acquiring signatures from out of town clients.

I like how convenient it is, paperless is a plus. Yet, there is another side, i have 1 form for clients, so it doesn't automatically rename the file according to clients' name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take quite long time to save the documents to pdf file, especially when there are many clients fill the form at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for clients to sign on the form, easy for employee to work with

Signing legal docs and real estate transactions
SignNow is so helpful for any type of biz
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use! We upload our agreements, contracts, accounting paperwork, waivers, etc. then add a few quick fill in or signature spots and send it off to clients or vendors for signature. Easy peasy. And we love that we always have a record of signed docs showing when they were signed for our records. And the reminder send is great for forgetful or busy signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, although it would be great to have the option to send a doc to multiple people for signature and allow any one of them to sign off on it - instead of having to designate the singer(s) in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less back and forth with clients. A simple and organized paper trail. Fast, more official looking paperwork that's easy to sign on the go from a smart phone or computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get fast, easy sign offs from anyone in your business: clients, employees, vendors, partners, volunteers, etc. and keep a record of the docs you send, date send, who signed off on them, etc. Great for referencing later!
Great Product for My DJ's and Clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use to set up templates and the ability for my DJs to sign their payment receipts on their devices. I also love that I get alerts and reminders automatically when clients haven't signed their agreement. I also like how you can assign multiple signers and store a signature to make the process of creation faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is anything that I dislike about the platform. It has made archiving much easier and seamless. Also we have been able to eliminate having to scan all the hard paper documents into our cloud system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This keeps everything in the cloud for me. I also use it to have outside vendors sign agreements before they come on property. Before sign now I would get iPhone pictures of signed agreements etc. Sign now is going to help cut down our work hours and our system flow.

I don't really have anything I would like to have improved on.

The ability to set up different forms with different areas for signatures and initials.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not had any issues setting up our forms, sometimes the signature lines appear a good size but are actually to small so we have to change the setting for the signature boxes.

This signature ability has helped our company due to the fact we have multiple employees in multiple
states and this has allowed a easier and quicker turnaround for documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease & convenience of SignNow. It is user-friendly -- and just as easy to use on my phone as it is on my desktop!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much -- I guess if I had to choose something it is that the first time using it was a little confusing to get going on it... but only the first time. Once I got used to it, it remained user-friendly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that SignNow helps me with is that my work doesn't back up. Contracts go out faster -- and come back faster!

Just try it... I am not a highly experienced in the computer world, although I try to keep up for my business. SignNow has helped me to stay relevant and competitive

What do you like best about the product?
Using airSlate Signnow has improved the efficiency and service levels of my business, and has generally had a positive impact on client satisfaction. The accessibility of the platform for all users is something my clients and I value very much. It is extremely user friendly and intuitive, which helps for all users regardless of their proficiency with technology. Furthermore, customer support for airSlate SignNow has always been very easy to deal with and helfpul overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of the platform that I tend to find bothersome is the pre-set function when sending to more than one recipient. It is pre-set for recipients to receive the documents in order; however, I would much prefer that documents send to all recipients simultaneously as the default function. I find that sending items that require signing in order has led to confusion amongst my recipients. I am not sure if there is a way to change this myself, but I have simply been more aware of this issue when sending documents. Other than that, I have not had any major problems with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business is almost completely done by email and phone, and SignNow allows me to do this. By using the platform, I have cut down on the time I spend on each file, and it has greatly reduced the time my clients spend on document signing. Prior to using SignNow, my clients would have to print-out, sign, and scan various documents - this is a very rare occasion today. Because I spend less time per file, I have more time for incoming business and family.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using an iPad can be very helpful when using SignNow, as it allow for an easier process creating a digital signature that is similar to one's actual signature.

When you have a documents that needs your signature, you can just use sign now for signature and the documents are already legal and binding

I don’t know how to create a template so it’s makes it harder or time consuming when I have a document that needs signature with my client

I do like that you can open documents straight from google drive, it helps a lot.

It would be better if after a document is signed you could directly add to google drive in the place that you need it as opposed to one big folder with all your files

It is a really quick way to get contracts ready, especially when time is of the essence.
