Great tool for e-signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
We love how simple it is to use SignNow. It gives us all the features we need, is affordable, and very simple to get started. Our clients love the ease of use and the ability to sign contracts instantaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of, it's fairly straightforward to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really like to ability to "group sign" documents. The way our business is set up, it's very common to need multiple signatures on the same form-- SignNow gives us the ability to do just that, without having to create multiple documents. We can also simply send a URL, making it simple for our clients to click and sign without having to create an account.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful in reducing physical paperwork for my private practice and keeping files organized and easy to access quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients report occasionally having trouble downloading the app to sign the paperwork and I end up with some paperwork on paper and some electronic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easier to have clients complete paperwork prior to their first visit so I can focus on them and give them the maximum amount of time in session. It's overall simplified my paperwork process and lays out information clearly and easily. Plus, we're saving some trees by reducing physical paper usage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's generally pretty easy to use, I would recommend ensuring your paperwork is reviewed and edited before uploading document templates to reduce having to redo document uploads and signature fields repeatedly.
Great platform for secure information submission
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow makes template building easy and sending/receiving of secure information simple. We use it primarily to collect credit card authorization from our clients in a way that's easy to access, leaving the questions of information security on SignNow
What do you dislike about the product?
SignNow's email notifications to clients seem to get caught in spam and junk mail filters more often than other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily collect payment information from our clients without worrying about secure storage at our office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even at the basic level, SignNow is a solid platform for gathering information and documentation from clients easily and quickly.

Easy to use and set-up signature fields and send to multiple signers. Instant notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure what the client sees on their end, but so far no issues with clients signing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily have clients sign on mobile device remotely. Reduces back and forth. Creates efficiencies.

Simple to use for both admin and users and clients.

Our ability to gain paperwork from applicants across multiple states in a quick fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point nothing. Very happy with product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hire in multiple states, all of our applicants don't have a home computer and SignNow lets them use there phone to complete all paperwork quick and easy!

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly a person can sign a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of emails that you get for sending/signing documents. Also there is a bug in the sign up page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CEO works in Detroit and we are in Baltimore, so signing documents is a must.

Made our on boarding so much easier. New hires are able to send information and get in faster!

Adding fields for signatues and dates. It makes uploaded very customizable.

I could not fin anything that I really dislike yet.

The best electronic signature app
What do you like best about the product?
I looked at a lot of e-sig apps for use with our vacation rental business. After trying the others, I came across SignNow and immediately knew it was the one I wanted to use for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I especially love the iPhone app, which allows me to process signature requests from anywhere I am. It makes running my business a snap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What used to take hours or days to complete, I am now able to take care of in just a few minutes in my phone.
So quick and easy to use!
