What do you like best about the product?
Our ability to gain paperwork from applicants across multiple states in a quick fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point nothing. Very happy with product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hire in multiple states, all of our applicants don't have a home computer and SignNow lets them use there phone to complete all paperwork quick and easy!

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly a person can sign a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of emails that you get for sending/signing documents. Also there is a bug in the sign up page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CEO works in Detroit and we are in Baltimore, so signing documents is a must.

Made our on boarding so much easier. New hires are able to send information and get in faster!
It is so much easier to be able to send this to a new hire. Now we are able to send this to them and we can see who is coming in before and prepare for our day.

Uploading and adding sign fields to multiple docs was difficult to do all at once as well as editing later.
It is so much easier to be able to send this to a new hire. Now we are able to send this to them and we can see who is coming in before and prepare for our day.

Adding fields for signatues and dates. It makes uploaded very customizable.

I could not fin anything that I really dislike yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I looked at a lot of e-sig apps for use with our vacation rental business. After trying the others, I came across SignNow and immediately knew it was the one I wanted to use for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I especially love the iPhone app, which allows me to process signature requests from anywhere I am. It makes running my business a snap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What used to take hours or days to complete, I am now able to take care of in just a few minutes in my phone.

I don't have any dislikes. The only probably that we run into is our insureds have some difficulties. If they only have a phone or tablet they have to download the app. This creates issues.
