I liked the product until.....
So to begin the product worked as expected and for the most part was affordable until I noticed one flaw that I saw as a major issue. Unfortunately VEEAM doesnt seem to want to address it. This issue will affect anyone using a Marketplace license for a system (Red Hat, Suse, etc). These licenses tag their primary disk with the license and VEEAM creates a snapshot, then a volume from the snapshot to perform a backup. Unfortunately this means that you are going to be paying hourly licenses for each of these Marketplace assets which can get VERY expensive depending on how many you have.
I really wish VEEAM would look at this issue but so far their response was "this is working as intended." So now I must look elsewhere.
Just an FYI. I did warn VEEAM I would be submitting these reviews if they didnt want to look at the issue as I dislike writing bad reviews. They chose not too.
