What do you like best about the product?
Veeam backup is powerful application for backup and recovery. It's very easy to manage in single console. This is best solution for onprem and cloud backup. You can schedule your backup. It's also provide secure encrypted backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about veeam, it may be costly for some users but if you have to secure your data then it's a best solution. some users have reported capabilities of Veeam back up for AWS making it difficult to use when increasing number of vm's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veeam backup solution provide prevention against data loss also reduce cost with traditional backup. It's best feature is it's provide bare metal recovery and overall it's best solution for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam is very relaiable and is simple to use on single plane or segment.It easily manges virtualized workloads, endpoints and physical server running on windows and linux
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing veeam server on linux is quite difficult. Aslo it do not ease making multi task support of two differnt task on same console. Resume a failed backup or restore must be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to back up i can also replicate workloads running on solaris and Nas. Application centric recovery using veeam explorers solving my issues. It also automate test restores to validate recoverability. Its also solve threats from ransomware as it provides protect to storage.

What do you like best about the product?
The time savings afforded back to the business because of a simple backup tool has been amazing. Removing complex needs from our dev team for previous backup needs made life easier and also gave confidence in backup security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the user interface for the system takes a little while to get used to. Though its navigation took some time to understand, it is also simple once consolidated, and miles better than previous backup solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous complex solutions were obviously already frustrating, but took away available time to address other work and concerns. In a fast moving environment going through a lot of chance which required a lot or resourcing from our dev team, removing time being consumed on standard backup practice was invaluable.

Veeam Backup for AWS is easy to set up and intuitive to use. It can be used for backing up snapshots and data from AWS ec2 instances, EFS or RDS. We can replicate an entire machine from the backed-up instance in S3 to the running system within seconds.

Veeam Backup for AWS is an excellent product and provides seamless integration into the AWS system. The tool is a paid service and can sometimes be costly for projects with a resource crunch.
