Qlik is a strong platform, have tools from analysis and the functioality is very helpfull
What do you like best about the product?
Qlik help the customers to analyze data of the all departments, identifies troubles, unusual situations and answer questions about metrics or KPI´s
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly it should be more accessible for SMEs since they cannot access a solution with those prices

Great BI at fair price
What do you like best about the product?
Very versatile, so far I have found a way to achieve every requirement from management with very few workarounds
What do you dislike about the product?
Other BI I have used have a wider variety of chart options, besides there are some community favourite charts (like simple table with links) that have been widely used for long time and still haven't been included as native charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many information sources and we have been able to join them trough qlik.
Reporting from our main ERP was providing skewed analysis because it has built-in customised reports for every area and those KPIs used amongst two or more areas were not matching. With qlik we could develop reports so flexible that many areas requirements were satisfied at once and therefore now all areas can use the same info.
Since our home-built ERP was close to collapsing due to intensive use for reporting, many reports were migrated to qlik so that the ERP is now used only to operate and qlik is used to report.
Via dashboards, we could provide management people with quick and trustworthy KPIs and released analysts time to focus on analysis instead of reporting.

Lot of sessions with very different subjects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Maybe some more interaction with the customers/partes in a live box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working now around 8 years with Qlik products. Now especially with Qlik Sense and some Nprinting.
Last versions of Qlik Sense are very stable. Had a few update issues (update files) wich result in a lot of work.

Nothing
getting better but still way behind the capabilities of QlikView

Screen adaptibility, embedding chahrts to web pages, map object
What do you dislike about the product?
many things are still missing that was available by default in Qlikview. Tables are ugly, actions and formatting options are not enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps business for self service reporting, I rather use Qlikview for enterprise reporting and provide the same data model to business so that they can create their own dashboards instead of waiting for developers to add a visualization or a simply dimension to a dashboard. but for enterprise dashboarding, QlikSense is not yet ready.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not suitable for reporting, so if you want to use mostly tables in your dashboards, go for another solution

Mostly predictive analysis. The benfits are the combination of the Qlik engine that works in conjunction with predictive algorithms to quickly compute data.

Easy ways to show data with multiple and beautiful objects.

It takes a few to get used to use it if you were working exclusively with QlikView

Geolocation of data, self service reports.
Qlik Sense On Top of All BI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for even novice. Just drag and drop the charts and generate reports as per your requirement. Data Manager for making Data Model easily, generating calendar etc..

Using the screen in grid mode not like Qlikview for designing UI.

Presentation of business information in a jiffy like growth/de-growth of sales, profit, week areas of the business etc.

The power of the analytical engine, the syntax and also the speed of data ingestion.

You need a lot of RAM resources to support a large operation.

A great amount of data ingestion in a short amount of time, because of the qvd type files, what optimizes a speed of the loads.

If you want a great business intelligence and analytics platform, Qlik Sense is definitely the one that you will look for.
