Fast way to convert credit card statements from pdf's to csv files in batches.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how fast it was to upload pdfs in batches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Package options, per page costs. That's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped solved converting my pdf's to organized csv files.

Saved Hundreds and Avoided Data Entry Time
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and AI is spot on for extracting ALL of the data I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to sleep the subscription when I don't need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I searched for table extraction and found apps that were too complicated and high pressure sales people. After one trial just didn't work, I searched the internet again and came across DocuClipper. The trial was limited to 20 pages so I tried a 3 page hard image for extraction and it worked so easily!!

Docuclipper converts the bank statements in seconds, it only gives you what you need, 3 columns date, description and amount.

Reviewing the Versatlity of DocuClipper
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic conversion of Absa bank statements. They are the worst format of PDF in the country and are not usable when converting with other packages

The restriction on a number of pages you can convert

Nails Absa statements 100%. No other package does that.

What do you like best about the product?
Importing the bank statement from any bank and receiving an excel file in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will let you know when I encounter a dislike for the program. For now, it serves its purpose.

Docuclipper helps me to convert pdf bank statements to CSV files for bookkeeping. It's better than manually importing the file to excel and then having to place + and - signs throughout the document.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing software. We do a lot of pdf to excel conversions as an accounting firm, and Docuclipper is the most accurate and intelligent of any other service we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading multiple pdfs, it is challenging to reorder them. Right now, I combine using 3rd party pdf editor in the order I need and then upload, which works great too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using AI to read pdfs and convert them to Excel. Saves us hundreds of hours of data entry into excel. It does a great job and makes very accurate decisions. Docuclipper recognizes scanned bank statements is very impressive since they sometimes have writing or folds, yet the software still picks it all up.

Docu Clipper saves time and increases efficiency. I recommend this excellent program to all.

Automatic data import isn't always complete or available, but DocuClipper offers a great solution.

DocuClipper is a bit expensive but it pays off when you are looking at the potential man hours that it would've taken to get the same results.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relating to DocuClipper's statement extraction function, automatic data import offered by connecting your bank or accounts to management software isn't always complete (only a few months' worth of data on a long-standing account) or available (smaller banks and institutions). So past transactions or all transactions need to be entered manually before regular management can start, this is very time-consuming. But DocuClipper can extract data from multiple statements accurately and with surprising consistency and much, much quicker.

It saves time when working on large documents as it trims the data and organizes in such a way that only the useful parts are present.

Docuclipper works well. Sometimes the data doesnt reconcile and you spend a lot of time trying to find the fault

Huge timesaver for dealing with PDF data
What do you like best about the product?
DocuClipper just saved me hours of work to pull transaction data from closed bank accounts that the bank would only give me PDFs for! It took just a couple of minutes and worked right out of the box, even with my Australian bank statements. Highly recommended. The reconciliation feature even let me fact-check the data after it was extracted!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to have been able to buy extra pages one at a time rather than having to upgrade to a subscription, but at such a reasonable monthly price, it was still worth it.

Extracting a CSV of transaction data from 3 years of bank statement PDFs. DocuClipper handled it completely automatically instead of me spending hours typing out the data by hand!
