Best Bank Statement Converter I have used to Date
What do you like best about the product?
The tech support when I was getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently nothing at this point, and I hope it stays that way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and productivity when I am doing project work, and have several months of bank statements that need to be converted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you do a lot of cleanup bookkeeping work then this tool will be a great asset to your process, and the tech support is amazing!

very efficient software and fairly seamless

It is seamless, easy of use and accuracy was very good

sometimes the amounts do not come incorrectly

This is a forward thinking application and I am glad I found this out.
What do you like best about the product?
The time I saved converting almost 500 pages without having to edit extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had a minor data integrity issue by throwing out some of the 5s in 55s and gave me some difference. Despite that, I still love this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I experienced a minor data integrity issue, but the application saved me time and effort.

Go for this application.It is the next best thing

So far, I have not found anything that I dislike with this software.

I need to add a bunch of old bank statements to Quickbooks; this software seems to be the answer to my import issue. It is making this process go by quickly and easily.

I HIGHLY recommend using this service. It has saved me days of work over the last few months and is reasonably priced.

What do you like best about the product?
It was fast and I didn't have to wait around for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't save as a CSV file, I have to save as afterward to CSV so I can import it into QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting a pdf file into an excel file. Then I have to save it on my own as a CSV file which makes me have to edit the file and get it ready to import into QBO.
Makes my job so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create a spreadsheet and then assign categories easily to evaluate someone's spending. I use excel with Docuclipper. I don't know of any other software that works so well.

Nothing so far. I dont know anything that is missing. All works well.

Easy evaluation of income and expenditures. Takes me less time and costs my clients less.

I refinanced my business and had to deal with multiple accounts from different banks. It made bookkeeping super easy.
Nice Try, but Not the Real Deal
What do you like best about the product?
When it works, it works! But it did not correctly read the majority of the files I uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
It failed to read 95% of the documents I uploaded correctly, leaving me with an extreme amount of checking to do. It could not read accurately the same bank's statement on one, then the next flawlessly.

When it worked, it saved me many hours of labor.
