Mobile app needs to be faster, and bug fixes, as sometimes it crashes or stops responding

What do you like best about the product?
As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, I don't have personal experiences or feelings, but I can tell you that one of the strengths of Float, a resource management software, is its user-friendly interface and robust features for visualizing and managing team schedules, tasks, and workloads. It allows for easy drag-and-drop scheduling, real-time updates, and effective collaboration, making it a valuable tool for optimizing project planning and resource allocation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Float is generally user-friendly, there might be a learning curve for some users who are not familiar with resource management software or similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float solves the challenges of effective resource allocation and project scheduling, leading to improved team productivity, collaboration, and optimized project outcomes.
Great software for professionals managing teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to pick up and start using, for both team members and managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the software grow into a stage where it can manage more aspects of projects.

Float is how I see my daily schedule and know what projects I'm assigned to.

Straight forward and is not tricky to us you can outline your tasks easily

Nothing so far but i would just say that the click option sometime does get confusing

Keeping in track and highlight the tasks of the previous week for reference
Good program for scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling tasks for the team and monitoring project spend on Reports. Use it to report sick day, annual leave, all in one place is really helpful. Good for a small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way of actually tracking time spent it would be really useful to have a timer so team members can accurately time how long they spend on tasks. At the moment we are all making educated guesses at the end of each day / week. Also not clear how to lock task list after people have already logged into them. Another issue I've found is that creatives can delete projects assigned to them, it would be useful if they could pass it back to the allocator so they are aware the task was unable to be completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps as PM to allocate tasks for the week ahead so that the creative team can easily see what is ahead.
Better than most resourcing tools I have used but still could improove
What do you like best about the product?
the UI is clean and very easy to use. It is very simple to check and amend bookings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to allocate work by time is a little frustrating as sometimes people in the team are unsure of which bit of work needs to be actioned first. Being able to do this by time would be a great benifit or at least put them in order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the cogs turning at our agency. It makes it crystal clear what resource has been booked and who is avalible. It also helps to show when people are OOO or if someone has been booked on a single project too long so can vary their bookings to keep work interesting.
Project Management Float Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and straightfoward to use .It does ot take time to schedule or submit login time on it. It allows me to submit my days off and track them .The report option allows me to have an overview over my submitted hours and schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when i am submitting time that i worked on a public holiday, it duplicates the hours and i then have to delete the duplication. I wish it would have been done from the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe float is one of the best options we have had to track the working hours for non-shift based employees. In the past, there was no tracking whether for working hours to off days but this is now sorted out with using float on a daily basis.

UI is excellent. I like it very much. I am very comfortable managing a team's work as well as my own
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, I said that the logging button is hard to find on the navbar. Now this button is clearly visible. I'm grateful to Float for listening to customers

It removes the need to constantly check with managers or what jobs i am assigned to and it also helps me see who else is assigned to the jobs i am on and who is free on what days
