Smooth, Easy-to-Use UI That Makes Projects a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We needed a scheduling software desperately and float was extremely easy to setup and onboard with everyone in the team. The UI is very easy to use and visually everything is very smooth. It also offers great insights as to how much time you spend on certain tasks, highlighting which areas need to be streamlined. We use float every day, week in week out so it's very useful to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much a dislike but it would be great to have further depth to information you can associate with each project so we can use float for other purposes other than scheduling too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a scheduling software to streamline our planning process and float was perfect for the job. We also needed to highlight which areas of the company required change to become more efficient and it has helped a lot with that.
Clunky Time-Off Workflow and Holiday Overtime Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
It displays working time pretty easily and is fairly intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding time off is not a smooth workflow, I cant add overtime if a holiday has been planned and i have actually worked on that day. It feels clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None really, its a necessity I have to use because the company dictates
Quick Schedule Checks and Easy Task Completion with Float
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can check in the blink of an eye my schedule, and the ability to checkbox when a task is complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I dislike anything to be honest, as we are mainly using Float as a schedule assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve planning issues and helps me organizing my days.
Quick Time Logging with Handy Project and Deadline Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick to log time and can also be used to track projects and deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't favourite specific projects or tasks so you end up scrolling to find the thing you want to log time against

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it reminds me to fill out my timesheet. This way, I can keep track of what I’m working on and how long it takes me to finish a project. It helps me stay efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if Float could allocate time based on the number of hours I need to work on a specific project. For example, when I add a project, I’d like to be able to set the required hours and then adjust the time completed each day.

Easy Interface with Powerful Filtering

Useful Filters and Nice UI Colors, but Float Can Be Unreliable After Long Waits

For me you have really useful filters and I like colours of UI

Sometimes after long waiting Float doesn't work as expected

Its easy to see what everyone is working on and it is also easy to make changes and shuffle tasks around.

Makes Daily Planning and Team Coordination Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for organising my schedule and planning my day ahead, also coordinating with other team members around their timelines.

Can be a bit overwhelming sometimes however that is all dependent on how well the projects are laid out

Simple UI and layout. Great search function.

It doesn't link top my timesheets, means I have to submit them separately. Feels like they should speak to each other.
