Lack of features leads to straightforward interface
What do you like best about the product?
Float is very straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of features limits functionality in tasks, such as scheduling over a time frame that spans more than one day

Solid time tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting options - it's quick and easy to find data about my own tracked time, my colleagues tracked time, etc. I love the views by person, by project, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual time tracking and logging process could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my agency schedule and keep track of time across people and projects.
Easy to see and organize schedules.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate the interface. Many custom options are available for project management. Easy to keep track of hours used on a projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No good way to block out specific hours. You can only log hours in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see very quickly what I'm scheduled for and how many hours I'm expected to work.

The ability to see what projects all members of the team are working on.

The lack of ability to amend a project timeline without administrators' approval.

The organisation is more organised and there is clarity on what everyone is doing.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you are able to filter by location, department, time off or time on, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you fill out your schedule, it doesn't decrease from your work hours. I might fill out 40 hours of work, but then it still shows I have 4 hours available or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out what I need to do for the work. It keeps me on track and gives me an idea of what my upcoming week looks like and how I can prepare for that.

The interface has, a nice and simple layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did like the old design before, it is a bit harder to switch to log view now, that is my opinion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the requirement to fill in tasks when needed, the sync function is ace.
Excellent Scheduling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a producer, the upside of Float is the ease of scheduling my team's many projects. Float's interface helps our team access and view each other's calendars so we know which resources are available. It's also a very nice interface that is pleasant to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Float is when I try to drag projects and their timelines, the dates end up getting messed up. The drag feature skews the dates sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float solves our issues of inter-company schedule access. Instead of wondering what projects our editors are working on, everyone can access Float and see who is busy on what projects. It has made our lives so much easier.
Float is easy to use and has a simple interface.

The best feature of Float is that it provides an overview of all the projects and tasks your team is currently working on. By keeping track of all charges, you can keep an eye on things and maintain command. It enables you to determine how you will spend your time.

Could utilize custom reports to facilitate project tracking.

It can handle multiple projects at once, automate the process with the API, and manage multiple stakeholders at once.

I like that it is easy to track colleagues' availability, which helps in building teams for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that you could have a task repeat on a certain date rather than a day in the month (i.e first day of the month rather than first Monday of the month).

Scheduling - able to see when people are busy or available to support.
