Kaltura provides our company with an engaging learner experience
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual classrooms allow us to create a learner experience that is quite seamless and offers an elevated user experience compared to other platforms. For example, we are able to better manage breakout groups, move participants within them, and share content during them. In addition, it is a user-friendly experience when onboarding facilitators that will be facilitating our virtual learning programs. (NOTE: our company solely uses the virtual classroom from Kaltura's suite of products)
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. Only comment would be that many times when a ticket is opened it would go to multiple different people over the course of being open and often a resolution would take an extended period of time to replicate and/or resolve for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our Events and Virtual experience team to more seamlessly execute virtual events and learning programs, and feel confident in training facilitators to deliver these programs using the Kaltura platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, the capabilities as a cloud for uploading and playing videos are spectacular. But in my opinion, the best part is the API, a powerful tool that allows you to do practically everything, which makes it easy to integrate into your own system, whatever it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no doubt that it is a tool for professionals, which makes many modules available to grow little by little. But I find a lack of cheap entry options that can help small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the encoding and publishing of the videos is where it helps us the most. Asset management through the platform is really easy and powerful. The benefit is obtained by being able to integrate the display and management options also from our own platform.

I like the video player is build over html5 and I can customize the player too.

The trancoding flavors is slowly , I would like improve this feature.
