Flexera has really simplified how we manage our IT assets. The visibility it provides into license usage and compliance is a big plus, and it has already helped us optimize costs. The integrations with other systems are smooth, and the dashboards make it easier to track what matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it feels like there are too many features to figure out, and the UI could be a bit more intuitive. There is a slight learning curve in the beginning, but once you get used to it, navigation feels much easier

Flexera has made managing our IT assets much easier. Tracking licenses manually used to be time-consuming and risky. Now, I get clear visibility of usage, can identify unused licenses, optimize costs, plan renewals, and reduce manual effort. The automated reporting and integrations keep us audit-ready and support smarter IT decisions.

The Ease of Use and The Value Driven from Different Widgets. It now harnesses the power of AI and giving the value using Finops.Its very easy to Implement with most of the integrations being out of the box. Good After Sales Technical Support with Support from Engenering to resolve complex issues.
From Day to Day Inventory Gathering to License compliance ,it hels not only in Cost savings but also giving a clare complaince as in Assets and savings from respective softwares.
We used it frequently for Daily Monitoring of Hardware inventory with Reclamation opportunities giving value add to the customer.

Over the past 4 years it has been well developed as per the market trends and customer needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only allows Inventory Monitoring but also enabling License Compliance and cost savings using Finops saving billion of dollers in Licensing cost and enabling reclamation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the deep yet simple integration with Salesforce. The level of detail for both user-based and consumption-based licenses is impressive. We haven’t tried Salesforce Marketing Cloud yet, but the integration with Salesforce itself works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally experience some strange glitches. For example, we weren’t able to enter the decimal part of the license price and had to open a case to have it fixed.

It’s a key product in our initiative to improve efficiency and achieve cost savings across company-wide SaaS spend.
