The user interface is highly intuitive, and it offers a wide range of features that I find extremely useful.

Finding the right item can be quite difficult due to the current tagging system.

This is a general library designed for organizing the media we use every day, and it offers a simple way to locate items.
A powerful and reliable solution for managing digital assets at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudinary makes it incredibly easy to manage and deliver digital assets at scale. I especially appreciate how intuitive the interface is and how quickly I can upload, organize, and transform images. The automatic image optimization and built-in CDN significantly improve performance without requiring extra development time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Cloudinary is powerful, the pricing can get expensive quickly, especially for small teams or startups. Some advanced features require a learning curve, and documentation, although extensive, can be overwhelming for beginners. The UI could also benefit from a modern refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudinary helps us centralize and manage a large volume of media assets efficiently. Before using it, we faced challenges in optimizing image performance and handling responsive delivery across devices. Cloudinary’s automation and robust APIs have significantly reduced our manual workload and improved page load times, ultimately enhancing user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloudinary is very easy to use and I use it very regularly. I use Cloudinary to store images, which are then uploaded to my website via a URL.
I use Cloudinary to compress images, which helps to reduce the file size and takes up less space on our website, which saves us more money by reducing the website bandwidth usage.

I have not seen any downsides to using Cloudinary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudinary helps our website to have faster page load times because we do not upload images directly to our website.
As a result, our users have a better user experience and we are more likely to have a higher conversion rates.
Having a good user experience helps with our SEO because Google is able to send more customers our way and customers are less likely to bounce off our pages if our loading times are efficient.
This in turn leads to a higher sales for us when customers have a good experience on our website and do not exit due to being frustrated.

The fact of only having to upload a single photo and then being able to have x versions of it depending on the parameters you specify

The solution is a bit expensive when using tens of thousands of images.

This allows outsourcing all image management issues and enables focusing on one's core business.

I use Cloudinary for hosting my images and videos for my website, which makes managing my content really easy and efficient. I love how I can simply upload a photo or video and grab the URL to seamlessly integrate it onto my website. It significantly optimizes my images for fast loading times, thereby improving my page speed, which is very important for user experience and SEO. What I find remarkable about Cloudinary is its ease of use, with a straightforward setup process that is frictionless and user-friendly. The image transformations are a fantastic feature, providing high versatility and customization options right out of the box. I used to use Cloudflare before, but I found Cloudinary much easier to understand and use, which I greatly appreciate. The entire experience with Cloudinary has been positive and hassle-free for my particular use case.

I don't really dislike anything. Evertything I've wanted to use Cloudinary for I've been easily able to do.

I also love the categories feature that helps refine my search, making it easier to locate specific assets quickly. The initial setup of Cloudinary was quite straightforward, contributing to a smooth transition and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that when I upload assets to Cloudinary, they don't upload directly to specified folders. Instead, they go into a general pool of assets, requiring additional steps to move them over. I also wish there was functionality for conducting image searches using an image as the search query.

The auto-cleaning feature is a bit painful to use and should ideally perform cleanup automatically.

Nothing really we use it for so much internally. Maybe having a clearer distinction between private and public asset urls?

What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use and the advanced editing feature allows for quick optimization methods that save a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
2FA settings do not store IP address so you need to log in using 2FA somewhat too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to optimize images ourselves before upload, no longer the case with Cloudinary. Everything is taken care of for us with advanced editing feature.
Ease of Integration and Editing, Excellent Speed
What do you like best about the product?
I use Cloudinary to store all kinds of assets and documents from my applications both professionally and personally, which offers me a lot of convenience. I love the ease with which I can quickly transport the assets. The integration is extremely easy and that optimizes my work time thanks to the speed at which I can operate. The options for transforming and editing images and videos are simple and varied, allowing me to optimize and ensure that images are stored in the webp format, in addition to controlling quality and compression. I like being able to save only the necessary information of the asset, such as automatically cropping a profile photo. The initial setup process was excellently easy. I am very satisfied with the prices and always recommend Cloudinary to friends and colleagues, rating it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling all types of assets that are not images or videos, such as PDFs, xlsx, and others, can be problematic in Cloudinary. I have to use the resource_type = raw or auto, and these don't always work well. The files sometimes become corrupted or are saved incorrectly.

I use Cloudinary to store and optimize assets easily, quickly transforming images and videos. It benefits me with its easy integration and effective management of quality and compression, which improves my workflow both professionally and personally.
