Sysdig secure easily apply security policy
What do you like best about the product?
Sysdig secure offer many features for day-to-day security operations. The UI is beneficial for newcomers. From setting basic rules, setting scopes, benchmarking, and so on. We can set regular daily/weekly benchmarks for Linux, Kubernetes and docker. Sysdig works especially for multi-cloud environments. Easily apply security policies to any registered Kubernetes or docker clusters. Registering a Cluster by deploying sysdig agents is straightforward in most cases. Sysdig uses fewer resources compared to other solutions with similar functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for now. All of our client use cases have been fulfilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sysdig Secure solves our client's problem in applying security policies on multiple Kubernetes clusters on different cloud providers.

Feature Rich, Metric Driven
What do you like best about the product?
The PromQL feature is amazing. You can find anything you want and create dashboards to your liking with ease. It's very versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can sometimes be a bit unfriendly. It can take time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Sysdig to view trends and create metrics to help us predict problems or find them more easily.
powerful security tool
What do you like best about the product?
All the features that the tool has. It goes beyond Vulnerability Management. The use of policies and standards makes the environment more prepared for the challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is tricky to understand all the features. Sometimes, it makes the job a little bit harder, but in the end, it is beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the vulnerability management process over the Kubernetes and Images that the company uses, which is very challenging since the type of technology.

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring of containers, vulnerabilities, and generating of reports.

Not fully covered report API v2 but it's still in progress

As an SRE i get presented with the most relevant information, and can get to the details as needed.

We have been early adopters of some of their new solutions leveraging new monitoring agent. That meant having to deal with deprecation, inconsistency some times

Reduce MTTR, Accessibility of the information, value-added dashboards, right-scaling recommendations, vulnerability tracking
Great support and customer care
What do you like best about the product?
Sysdig provides a great monitoring platform for your cloud. Their UI is modern and simple. It is a great choice for threat detection and incident prevention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of the tool is somehow complex, although they provide support on how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly monitoring our kubernetes services and providing new rules to detect threats.

Sysdig provided tool is the best I have used to monitor and process information smoothly

The UI could be updated to something more modern
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem would be monitoring and it perfectly implements my needs and uses
Great product that meets our needs and excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was great with step-by-step instructions on how to configure and make use of various functionalities of the product. We were able to quickly get value out of the product by using existing pre-defined rules. Additionally, we have regular catchup with our account manager for feedback, queries, and review to see if we're making the best use of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quality-of-life features and improvements that we'd like within the product to make our life easier, such as JIRA integration and dismissing alerts within the dashboard. These have been fed back through so they are in the roadmap and we're kept in the loop of the progress of these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us find anomalous activities and misconfigurations to reduce security risk within our platform, prioritise vulnerabilities that need to be fixed which are being run in production, and create reports for compliance reasons. The alerting functionality is useful for us to be informed and respond to various activities immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Sysdig Secure surfaces in an easy way all cloud activity. Making sure it's easy to prioritise issues found based on their risk

The documentation found, when it comes from a different setup than the examples, can be a bit tricky to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surfacing malicious activity on the cloud.
Best container and cloud security tool
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Sysdig after seeing the features like Runtime. It is very customizable and easy to use. Sysdig suggests the correct version to patch and gives valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation should be updated from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Sysdig we are unaware of vulnerabilities and compliances. Sysdig helping us in achieving the compliances which are very important to the products that we are building.
