Nothing as such; the platform is well designed and fulfills the need.

It is an online training platform for people interested in Information Technology, so we use it to update ourself on what is happening in IT

What do you like best about the product?
A Cloud guru has covered every aspect of the learning where anyone can learn anything from the scratch. It helps freshers to experienced professionals to learn the topics with a wide range of scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything with respect to content is good but the only issue with it is the UI, they needs to improve their UI to interact with the learners. UI would contribute more to the expansion of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to understand and clear my doubts in my learning curve, also it provides a way more detailed course content to understand the subject with practical sessions.

Web applications provide a place to shop, game, stream content, manage finances, and so much more. It’s critical that organizations protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their most vital and profitable applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming on the number of courses and accessbility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corporate learning Management services is something that our team struggles with all the time. This addition allowed our team to integrate and share new updates and technology across the organization.
One of the best cloud training platforms currently available
What do you like best about the product?
A Cloud Guru is probably the most effective training platform for cloud technologies. In addition to the on-demand courses, the labs are quite effective in reinforcing the subject material. If you are unhappy with Microsoft Learn or the free AWS courses, I would definitely get A Cloud Guru subscription to supplement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's grown in popularity, the subscription costs have been creeping up slowly. This is expected as well, since they were acquired recently. However, A Cloud Guru is an excellent platform to get trained on cloud technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is filling a training gap currently with Cloud skills within our organization. It is flexible and reasonably priced, as the training can be scheduled at any time for the learners.

A Cloud Guru offers a variety of resources and training at your disposal from user awareness training to plain technical training along with labs and plans you can focus on to accomplish what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The labs may not include all the scenarios such as doing live upgrades or performing clustering, however, you can accomplish all the basic training and all the required training you need for exam purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our institution does not have a live environment to test or accomplish certain tasks without affecting the production environment so this is where A Cloud Guru helps with training, certifications, and lab testing to help meet our end goal of understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
They provide wide range of courses that are very affordable which are taught by professions who have been there and done that. Their business package is really mind-blowing which has curated access to all the courses for 1000+ employees in your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
They must improve their chat and Email support as it takes longer time period to get the technical issues resolved if we face any. It is really difficult sometimes when the server is down.

To stay in the business for a long time, our employees should be up-to-date on the latest trends. To acheive that, wee need Corporate learning management system which takes care of such upskillment of our employees in the regular basis. Isn't enough to pass GCP certs on its own if you have no previous GCP experience

What do you dislike about the product?
Support is relatively poor; They take days to respond back. Faced a few technical difficulties while searching for the courses. Also, performance might need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to learn and adopt new skills. Helped me in closing a lot of gaps which I had earlier before learning and taking different courses from Cloud guru on various digital skills.

Labs and short videos they are very crisp and to the point

It seems costly at times but it's good when there is discount going on

I like that A Cloud Guru covers the major platforms (Google, AWS, Azure, and Linux). And I appreciate that it offers Learning Paths. I also really like that there are virtual labs that allow you to practice as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see some of the content updated and possibly gamified to keep it interesting, relevant, and new. Some of the courses still reference when it was Linux Academy.

Improving technical skills and knowledge in order to better assist customers and create opportunities for promotions and overall career growth in the near future.
