Appian allows our team to successfully digitize our workflows and integrate with homegrown solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customers expect more out of the UI than is possible in Appian.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian allows us to digitize our previously paper-based workflows and integrate with other systems.

Pricing, not tailored for small and medium enterprises, lack of UI customization when the customer is Angular and React shop.

Use cases tailored for any work flow and transforming legacy workflows

Speed and ease of use are huge productivity boosters

Some deeper functionality is obfuscated behind pages of documentation or hands on mucking around

Appian is providing fast , secure workshops for our internal governance processes
Really good for try the automation, but as hard to implement as any other technology

The interfaces are not good and always need to convince business that is good like it is
