What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu stands out for it's ease of use, especially for a linux-based OS. The installation process is smooth and beginner-frendlly, with a clean and inuitive UI via the GNOME desktop. What do you dislike about the product?
While Ubuntu is very user-frendly for a Linux distribution some software and driver compatibility issues still arise especially with proprietary hardware like certain Wi-Fi chips or GPUs. Occasionally update or kernel upgrades can break existing setups if you're not careful which can be frustrating for less technical users also the snap package system while usefull can feel slower compared to traditional APT package and adds some bloat it's not a dealbreaker but it's something to be aware of
