What do you like best about the product?
I really like the new AI-powered features in New Relic, especially the Grok AI assistant for asking natural language questions and the smarter alerting system that reduces false positives. The unified telemetry view is also a big plus — it brings logs, metrics, and traces together in one place for faster issue resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
While New Relic is powerful, it can improve in a few areas — dashboard customization can feel limited at times, especially compared to tools like Grafana. Also, the UI can be overwhelming for new users, and the pricing model may become expensive as data volume grows. More flexible pricing and a smoother onboarding experience would be great improvements.

K2 Security is a User Friendly Application and anyone can understand & access it easily.
Its a best application for web application security and good workload protection platform which protects our company/offical applications from malicious attacks&vulnarabilities.
Its will notifies you promptly if there is any malicious thing /vulnarabilities, Then we can act quickly with resolution.

Its a best application but need some improvements on their customer support, they wont respond quickly to the raised tickets.

It helps me alot in my previous projects to resolve complex security issues and vulnerable attacks with minimal coding.

What do you like best about the product?
I most like its vulnerabilities detection abilities and then provide a right actions to perform so that system or web application become vulnerable free.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of vulnerability detection, it's very good tool. But they can add the more functionalities like asset intelligence, threat intelligence similar to other cybersecurity tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It detected the file location of the web application which can be targeted to manupulate to inject the vulnerability and it notified timely so that we quickly did the action.

It provides threat protection ,cloud based cybersecurity solution which is user friendly and provides application based security which is the main target for vulnerabilties.

It is just expensive to implement and maintain and configure the setup is complex. They provide limited scope for protection.

The real time threat protection is a field which is solved and is benefiting us. It provides low false positives.

The K2 Security Platform monitors the problems related to access and data breaches. With its encryption measures and authorized personnel can access sensitive information. This improves our business.

It is very easy to use and understand. structure is simple.

Almost everything is fine but New Relic update the UI which is sometimes take time to understand.

It is very easy to set up alerts and give destination to the alerts. It is gather the data in one location which very easy to understand. Ex : Log, Error, Trace, etc.

Nice documentation maintain by new relic it s is easy to understand and well supported community, Built in dashboard and custom visualization are very useful and NRQL.

Sometime in custom visualization we lose the dashboard due to server issue that needs to be solved.

New relic is solving the major problem of log management, In newrelic log we are able to understand what's going on in system it's helps to monitor services as well.

What do you like best about the product?
New Relic is a must have infrastructure monitoring tool that offers an unparalleled level of detail for businesses. With New Relic, users can dive deep into their infrastructure and applications, gaining valuable insights and fine-grained control. The platform's free tier is remarkably generous, providing access to essential features without compromising on functionality. The graphical user interface (GUI) is clean and intuitive, although it can be slightly overwhelming due to the wealth of information presented (it took me a while to grasp it). However, once users familiarize themselves with the interface, they can harness its power to optimize performance and streamline operations effectively. I've used it to pinpoint performance issues in our PHP code, and not only New Relic helped me out on that, but it also told me that some remote service queries were taking longer than normal. All with fancy graphics and maps!

From time to time, the notice that the free tier is about to end can be annoying. The graphical interface is so complete that it can be overwhelming.
