What do you like best about the product?
The platform is clean, easy to navigate and not buggy. It's also easy to keep track of what content you have completed. The teachers and courses each have their own flavor. You can take one class or earn a degree it's very flexible. They have a number of classes that are either completely free or to free to try for a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, can't think of anything that needs drastic improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to extend your higher learning or take a chance to explore a new topic in depth.

I'd recommend logging in and giving it a try it's literally free so you have nothing to lose.

I have experienced the identity verification issue of mine. It's not recognizes my photo. I have completed my courses but not yet received my certificates because of identity verification error.

Coursera helps me to learn more about my educational skills and also new skills that I would like to complete.

Coursera is a very good app for the students as well as professionals for learning. I recommend this app for all of the students specifically who want to learn some skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the courses are free. They charge reasonable price for a professional certificate. More than all that, they offer courses which are really useful in the current scenario, with which you can actually get a job as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked was, it is really tough to call their customer care and talk to a person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve coding problems by learning courses that coursera is offering. It also gives confidence to switch careers.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s helpful if you’re proactive and self motivated to grow professionally. The amount of courses offered can be densely populated with specifics of exactly what you need in your industry. I’m in customer support doing courses in product design!

The courses need to have better descriptions of what they offer in a single view. A better filtration process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to grow myself and push myself to become a better professional. I get to focus on new subjects and really find what I’m passionate about and get certified for it!

It offers great comprehensive courses on almost everything, taught by the best instructors to get deep knowledge about that topic.

There is nothing much that I dislike, but I would really like if Coursera makes a platform where you can apply for jobs and companies can search for people to hire.

Whenever I want to learn about some technology and gain deep knowledge and get certificate, I go to Coursera. Because there you can find good, long courses offered by Universities, and taught by experts in the Industry.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the program and the pace you can utilize this program. I like that any users can learn new skills from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, you can easily choose the courses you want to take and learn said new skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about this program. If I have to put something, it is that the multiperson function for a business platform is not as easy to use for a team setting as I would like it to be. It can get a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Different business solutions and formatting needs for my company including my training and professional development needs. For example, workplace etiquette and how to effectively respond to clients or informed. The benefits would be that everyone can work from the same course and get the same learned skills and benefit at the same time.

Think about the needs of your company and what you are trying to accomplish. what is the training you need, how many courses do you need to take? This is a business I recommend for people who are looking for a fast and effective platform for training and professional development.
The best universities within a few clicks
What do you like best about the product?
On the Coursera platform I have the chance to take paid or free online courses at some of the best universities in the world. Taking classes from renowned teachers is a very motivating part of the teaching and learning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses are not updated frequently. I believe that today the user experience is a very important factor and it seems to me that Coursera does not impose its own quality standard in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Coursera there is the possibility to apply for a partial financing program for the course, in case you are in an unfavorable financial situation. I applied and got support in a certain course. This shows that the platform is also concerned with the democratization of education.

There are a lot of professional courses offered, nice user interface and there's also a free 7 day trial function. Also the e-badge function where we can integrate into the LinkedIn profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free trial could be longer, so that education might be free for more people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning a lot of new knowledge and skills. The trainers there are mostly clear and good. The badges are a sweet touch to acknowledge your knowledge.
