Your professional dreams come true by Coursera
What do you like best about the product?
Majority training/courses are state of the art and trainers are all gurus and experienced professionals of the field. High quality material is delivered by experienced professionals around the world.almost all gaps are covered for which we look for.Time span for the training/courses are very optimum. Completely online product. Every level of training/courses are covered.In short new quality learning standard is set.Discussion forums are quiet helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some training/courses the accent become very hard to understand though transcripts are provided but it effects the quality.There must be at least complete protected archive available to download and also same must be available in far future for reference and review. there should be categorized chat rooms of coursera community available having different level of expertise available related to category. sometime we feel that there should be some remote desktop access kind of facility to handle the issues in practical problems/codes etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great skills are developed by availing the chance of its training/courses. For example field of Data Science based plans are availed are highly benefited for all of us.

Best source for learning software
What do you like best about the product?
I came across with this coursera app from a friend. It’s the best app for learning different software. I have learned Indesign from coursera.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. May be need little change in their interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coursera is kind of lifesaver for me. Whatever software I need in my work I get the tutorials here. Thank you so much Coursera.

What do you like best about the product?
The interaction with others along with the homework that pushed one to really think through the exercises
What do you dislike about the product?
The course access would vary according to the browser I used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Circular economy issues for the food business was a critical issue that was not being adequately addressed. The course work allowed me to see a much larger picture of the issues at hand.

Dive in and don't wait.....more information is always a great way to increase your view of where your headed.
Coursera: A More Effective Way to Teach
What do you like best about the product?
Coursera's format provides a clear framework for learning and goal-directed outcomes in order for online teaching to be implemented in a straightforward manner. It allows for across-the-board standardization of expectations and grading, making it easy for large groups of people to learn content in an online format without necessarily interacting with one another directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aspects of the layout that create challenges--it can be hard to return to the main page and navigate back to the section of the course that you're in. I wish there were fewer steps involved there. In addition, the video / note download feature is a little clunky; being able to attack notes or outlines to the videos is a great feature, but would be more useful if all of those notes were available on a separate page instead of having to be individually downloaded through the video pages one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for widespread self-directed learning that is still standardized across learners and knowing that people are meeting the same endpoint; working on a large volume of course material in a short amount of time and enabling different kinds of mastery through the quiz feature

Make sure that the format of the course you are considering implementing through Coursera is one that is well-suited to the format of the website itself. Highly recommend examining already-implemented successful courses that are live to see what kind of formats and grading schemes have worked best in the past.
Course Era bridges the skill-gap
What do you like best about the product?
Course-Era has free and not so expensive paid content that helps you quickly come up to speed on software trends, it has a spectrum of offering on a wide range of subjects and is comparable to Edx and Udemy.
What do you dislike about the product?
CourseEra has no live projects like Udacity has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional Courses for promoting NLIDB instead of cumbersome SQL coding using services like elastic search.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Course Era offers many masters in business and I.T, coupled with Edx and Udemy, it can be a great resource. it is different from Udemy and Edx and complimentary.

I dislike the fact that there isn't more courses! I want more!!

The options at this point are limited. I think they could work on having even more content.

Use it to train new employees or teach current ones new technologies that will be implemented or used.

Online courses with the availability of all the resource material, secondly world class famous teachers are teaching the courses. thirdly the assignments and the quizzes which are the great learning experience.

Now they have started to charge (fee) in most of the courses which have somehow reduced my interest in the coursera.

State of the art courses are available in coursera which is quite helpful for the persons and ultimately the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a powerful site to learn more about or learn about topics of interest. The great thing is that there are so many topics to grow more understanding or learn about for the first time. The courses are provided by top notch institutions and teachers. The institutions include Ivy League and other high-level colleges and universities. Be prepared to do some work and learn a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the courses are a bit overwhelming with the amount of posts and work to be done. If you're not prepared to do a lot of work, it can become a bit daunting with a regular work schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an educator, I am able to use some of these courses for recertification.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good resource for recertification and other certification tools. Courses are easy to cancel if it is not what you thought it would be or if the scheduling does not work out.
