What do you like best about the product?
Access to most of the courses on platform
What do you dislike about the product?
No trial option. There should be a trial option so we can see how beneficial it is and run a pilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in training workforce and keeping them engaged.

Introduce trial option and more customizations.
good hands on experience on various data analytics projects, I plan to take up few more courses

Data Science certification by John Hopkins University, Helped me build R skills as a career tool.

On some occasations, its not directly recognized by talent acquisition recruiters.

Not widely recognized in Industry.
We need coursera certifications to tie up with Tool based Industry . For example : SAS BASE certification.

What do you like best about the product?
The study material was good and getting practical knowledge on the topic was good. And the online forum was helping in easily discussion of topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really the course content is good and the discussion forum is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy accessible with my everyday life.

What do you like best about the product?
Coursera offers a wide range of courses that can be completed at the student's own pace. The courses provide practice problems and coursework that is applicable to real life, making it a great transition for those who are looking for a career change or those looking to gain more knowledge within a particular skillset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coursera has pre-recorded instructor videos, which is helpful for individual pacing but also lacks in authenticity. It would be beneficial to have real-time videos to have questions answered immediately rather than having a bot respond within a couple of business days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coursera is providing opportunities for growth within many different industries. These courses are completely legitimate and are easy to share on business profiles such as LinkedIn to help users connect with more individuals and find positions that fit their career goals.
Learning with high quality courses and understanding
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the courses offered by coursera are amazing, all professionals who teach courses are highly qualified professionals, most come referred from companies or universities which gives us to understand that the courses are of high quality, one of the things I liked about this platform is how fast teachers update their courses based on new technologies to come, the support is also very good, they respond immediately if you have any problems with the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coursera has one of the highest prices for courses that I have seen, that is something quite negative in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to coursera and its professional courses I was able to become much more professional in my field of work, I learned a lot which helped me to solve problems with a high level of complexity and get more recognition in my job and a better position.

Coursera had always amused me with the course contents they have. Every person irrespective of their age and qualification who has a interest to learn can access coursera and study the extensive contents available in the website

There is a less things to dislike about coursera.

Coursera certificates are an add on to the CV to upgrade my career and a great add on during this pandemic

I am working on text analytics using python Coursera specialization. I have done Professor Chuck's course on using python to access web data, Chatbot using RASA, Machine learning pipeline with azure ML studio

It is a good platform for upskilling the employees, provided we use it precisely to meet the business needs and not get lost in the ocean of information available.
