Good corporate learning platform for course completions and certifications
What do you like best about the product?
The simple user interface of Coursera along with its vast number of courses avalibility just makes it really easy to implement and integrate into any corporate upskilling or specialization program. The intuitive style of courses makes it really enjoyable to learn or upgrade any skill. I also find myself using the platform a lot more for my day-to-day personal as well as professional development goals. The customer support is very prompt and helpful and quickly owned and solved all my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of short video contents in Coursera when compared to the likes of Udemy, percipio, etc. Also, we have to enroll in a course, and then only we can go through all the video that the course offer. This format is helpful only for course completing needs not really for a quick brushup or quick problem-solving needs. The deadlines also don't make much sense since we can always extend them. And it would have been better if Coursera left it to the user whether they want to finish a course or just want to hover through or want only watch a couple of relevant videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coursera makes it easier to upskill employees to every kind of skill requirement that often comes in a corporate setup. It also helps in boosting employee morale since it makes the employees feel that the company cares about their personal growth. Building any in-house learning platform would've been a huge time and money-consuming task, thus with Coursera getting all their impressive courses as a service really makes it very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Coursera for 1 year now and the thing I like the most about it is that with every course they provide both video and text material to make it more easier. Also, the random question in the middle of the video is one of the best features for me so far as it makes me stay focused throughout the video material which is helpful for me with the weekly quizzes.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't dislike anything with the Coursera site or the app, but yeah, they can work a bit more on updating their courses with the advancement of the tech industry. This suggestion is only for the courses which are related to IT and the Business industry, other than that, their other courses are right on track with providing great learning material to the amateur like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a vast amount of courses in dozens of industries in association with top universities and companies such as Harvard, Yale, US Davis, Google, Meta, and many more! They've one of the best line -ups of top industry professionals for their courses which sets me up with an advantage to learn from the top talents and even earn the official certificate at the end of every course so I can easily highlight my expertise in my resume and LinkedIn profile.

I've been using Coursera for almost two years, when I was a new freelance video editor just starting out to learn the basics, I discovered some amazing courses on Coursera that helped me a lot to develop my skills, it was well worth!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you buy an old course on Coursera, such as a 3-5 year old course, that course may have poor audio. However, this type of incident occurs in very few cases. apart from that, there are no issues.

Coursera is the best platform for honing your skills in any area . Coursera has a vast collection of courses in different technologies, skills and many more. The available courses are taught by highly experienced people, Industry Experts, and Professors from famous Institutions and Universities.

Coursera is a great platform ,but some problems which i faced are that some courses certifictes charge expensive fees. Also the mobile version of coursera's application has not so good interface which makes its confusing to use and find anything.Overall it is a good platform and some improvements will make it an awesome.

Coursera has numerous courses which are accessed for free, the courses are very curated and updated as per the ongoing industry trends. The trainers or the teachers in the courses are very experienced professionals from top universities and organizations. Coursera support ta is not so quick. They took lot of time in checking our request. Also they respond too late sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
Coursera is an e-larning paltform that offers a wide range of specifications. The interface is simple and contains catlogs designed and organized for specifications. The purchase options is great and the transactions are smooth. The best thing is most of the trending basic courses are for free. The courses are designed by most of the reputed organizations or universities, the sessions are engaging and even provides quizes, assessments at the end of topic which improves our understanding. For most of the technical courses a project is assigned and rated based on your performance. The Certifications are most valued in this corporate system which is best thing that Coursera provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coursera is the best e-learning platform and it earned that place with its management ,maintainance but there lacks some thing which are to be improved. Coursera provides wide range of courses on the same topic from different organizations so the teaching may differs from course to course which is not that appriciated as people may not understand its worth. On hands coding experience should be provided for beter stimulation exoerience.

Coursera helps me to honing my skills at the time of pandemic those courses improved my technical skills, communication skills, body language etc. The best thing about Coursera is Courses are valued.
