What do you like best about the product?
Coursera is an e-learning platform that helps you find your interests and level up your skills in that topic. The Coursera interface is the best and easy to use. It divides the issues based on your level of learning. It offers a wide range of specifications with video explanations, real-time projects that give users desired stimulation, and even provides assessments to test your skills. The best thing I like about Coursera is that it even provides a collaborative cloud platform for users to work and learn with the instructor. And when you complete the Course, you receive certification from Coursera.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coursera Search Optimization is limited, as it offers the same Course from various institutions and administrations. The teaching quality may vary, making it harder to pick from. Coursera should work on leveling up their hands-on practices, and the price structure should be affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Coursera, my skills improved with proper certification, which helped me show my skills. It allows for developing a career and for building a killer resume. It does help students to find there interest.

What do you like best about the product?
Coursera is a platform where we can learn and excel from the top universities and specialized trainers. I like the access to a wide range of courses and easy access to all. It is a handy tool for students to kickstart their careers and master their job with exceptional guidance and course assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that due to the structure of the course material, some courses can need additional knowledge. It's not always user-friendly for newcomers. The user interface is also quite confusing to them. We might discover that teachers aren't readily available to give personal feedback, depending on the course chosen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coursera gives access to learning from around the globe with experts from universities. There are many courses so students can upskill their knowledge and build a perfect path to their career with gained knowledge from top universities and experts.

What do you like best about the product?
Coursera is the best learning platform that offers high-quality courses. There are no deadlines or restrictions to finish the studies. You can learn from anywhere, at any time, on any device. We can access multiple courses at a time. We can catch up on material at our convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my view, Some of the courses can be a little expensive. The user interface is a little confusing for beginners. The mobile app needs to be optimized more. Passing Criteria are High. It only offers limited interaction with teachers, so it will be hard for a student if they have any doubts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an engineer. Coursera offers several courses on AI, which has helped me learn new skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. This has enabled me to advance my career.

Some downsides of Coursera -
1. Lack of practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
2. Although Coursera courses are free, some may require hefty certificate fees.
3. Most of the courses are in machine learning and data science. Courses in some other domains may not be available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Coursera to learn new technical skills which are required in industry. I use it for specialisation in machine learning and deep leaning. In future, I may pursue an online degree from it.
As a business developer for TIC industry many years and training is a part of my goal to do.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform with a wide selection of courses that enables us to access knowledge and content of the highest calibre for a reasonable fee and occasionally even free of charge. The user can download the systems, access them from any location, and receive a certificate after completing the programme.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has a lot of users because it provides valuable content and engaging, free courses. However, it frequently experiences performance problems and annoying hangs. Despite its value, the software must be improved for a better user experience.

Coursera expands access to education by offering courses on an online platform. I enjoy using Coursera when I want to learn new topics because I can learn from the best organisations through it. They also provided me with a certificate at the end of the course to prove that I had finished the course.

What do you like best about the product?
Coursera for business gives a thorough insights on business related ideas and industry thoughts summary. It also helps pls and prepare skills management for business benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use and thoughtful ideas. The letterhead or monthly newsletter is very helpful in terms of seeing where we are and where we are heading. It is beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think skills management is one of the major challenges a company or business is having in most cases, and just knowing which skills trends are, we can plan ahead on managing it.

The Coursera's user interface should be made easier and some times while logging in it shows some authentication error and we cant login

the level of engagement and personal interaction can be less compared to traditional classroom settings.The material for some of the courses may be insufficient .
