We would like to have a feature where you can pause the automation, fix any issues and then carry on instead of running from the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidence in automation has been overcome and we now can schedule automation to pin point which pack we want to test

Mindblowingly Easy to Use, Exceeds All Expectations

What do you like best?
The ability to use natural language means that automated testing can be performed without knowledge of coding which is a huge win for flexibility & cost savings! It also does cool things like give you a slider that allows you to compare changes to a website between two testing runs visually. You can schedule entire execution plans to run on a regular schedule and just email you the results! It's self-healing and gives you loads of opportunities to fine tune your testing!
What do you dislike?
I can think of 0 things I don't love about this tool. Any time I had a question, concern, or suggestion, the Virtuoso team was on it every step of the way. Hands down one of the most engaged and passionate teams I've ever worked with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to do automated testing without having coding knowledge. You can write tests based on acceptance criteria before the product is built and then just tweak as the product becomes live for effectiveness. You can do SO MUCH MORE testing with so fewer people - the cost savings is outrageous compared to a salary for an SDET. It can explore every path on your site to show you every conceivable joruney through your website. The only problem it doesn't solve is world peace, and honestly just set Virtuoso's product engineering team on it and they could probably solve that, too. I am so impressed by the way they gracefully dance on the cutting edge of innovation!
