The perfect software to enhance remote connections

What do you like best about the product?
*It is really fast and enables remote connections very fastly.
*User can add multiple devices at a time.
*It is very useful when working with a team such as one user can add the device in remote.it and he can give access to the team members.
*Its very simple to configure in embedded devices and embedded devices can be accessed remotely.
*Good UI
What do you dislike about the product?
* Needs to enhance the readability of remote addresses. (improvement is there when compared to the previous version)

* Understanding of software configurations are bit confusing. User experience needs to be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working in an embedded project remotely. I had used remote.it to get access to that embedded device. One of my team members had done the initial configurations in the embedded device. By using remote.it I got remote ip address and port number and using an SSH connecting software our team worked together remotely. Remote.it helped to work remotely and to access the device.

Seamless solution for secure, user-based VPC access

In a time when most of our developers are working from home, having user-based access to our VPC (containing RDS and ElasticSearch) is critical to our productivity. Using Remote.it, we are able to allow developers, on a case-by-case basis, to access different services within our VPC. Even better - this access does not even require the developer to have an AWS account: they can use their standard Google login through Remote.it - really valuable for our support engineers.

The customisability of the "copy command" in the Remote.it desktop app makes this tool even more helpful. With a single click, we can copy a pre-configured `psql` command to access our read-only database or launch a web browser to browse ElasticSearch (through the Kibana) plugin.

Overall, super essential product for us.
