helpful and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
The upside is having a source of truth that is reliable. The team is so responsive and thier expertiese is a breathe of fresh air.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform was more user friendly but thankfully our rep is always there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is stitching profiles together, creating segments, holding customer historical data and so so much customer insight and behaviors

Not horrible but could be a lot better.
What do you like best about the product?
Stitch works well and it is easy to setup orchestrations to send data to destinations. I like my account team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Queries take a long time to execute relative to Snowflake running identical code. DB Gen runs a different version of SQL which is painful when moving from QA to production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amperity consumes and consolidates transactional and marketing data. The end goal is to enhance marketing personalization and targeting of our Email and SMS channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Amperity has helped us to curate and realize the value of our customer data in a way that allows us to propel our company forward. The team has helped us to formulate and execute strategies within a short timeframe that helped us to realize instant value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The discovery and implementation phases could have been more unified and streamlined, as it took much longer than promised to stand up and begin using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The identification of our customer and customer segments/targeting and where the opportunities are to improve the customer relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
First time I have been using Amperity, the best customer 360 data view; easy to understand and make another report. If we discuss support from Amperity, we are a happy customer.

as of now, there is no dislike about Amperity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are working on customer data using the customer 360 tools of Amperity, they handle overall customer data with proper format without any issue; they provide us direct support for any minimal case.

Ability to build and measure the results of product and customer-specific segments. Identifying winback opportunities, driving higher retention, and understanding customer behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the predictive analytics are on longer time frames than we often find usable. would be great to see things like likelihood to buy in a shorter time frame than 365 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity resolution and report creation to provide data to other platforms. Segment and campaign creation. Audience creation for email and social platforms.
Impressive customer data unification technology
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the data ingestion is format agnostic and that the underlying technology uses a probabilistic approach.

The lack of access controls for queries makes it difficult to manage them.

It allows us to consolidate data from multiple business lines into a unified view to leverage extensive cross-organizational customer data.
Overall fit for purpose
What do you like best about the product?
The platform supports Tech and Non-Tech Savy. AMP IQ feature is quite a hands-on tool for marketers to build their own segments.

More sophisticated alert mechanisms to monitor the data flow in and out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a unified view of customer behaviour across Endeavour retail drinks brands. Customer, loyalty and transaction data from BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Langton’s, Cellarmasters and Jimmy Brings is stitched and aggregated to create an Endeavour drinks profile for each individual customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I have data insights that were not available to me before. Different data sources have come together in Amperity to help bring a complete picture of our customers into view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see address standardization and data hygiene available in Amperity. When we pull segments from Amperity to put into a mail campaign, we must deal with customer address/data issues outside the CDP.

Amperity allows us to target customers based on behavior in digital marketing campaigns, such as creating social media audiences and email segments.

- "stitch" function needs to be more stable - to be able to use amperity id as a stable customer id - need to ensure that (1) customers are not moved between amperity ids and (2) same customer is not assigned to multiple amperity ids.

The most agile and transparent customer database solution I've ever worked with.
What do you like best about the product?
The Amperity environment is simple and it takes only moments to research customers and view their component data. The ML models not only prevent over-consolidation, but also break apart existing over-consolidated customers. Amperity has quality off-the-shelf solutions for many marketing & retailer needs, but the team was also eager to help when I needed customization. We finished our implentation on time, without unexpected costs, and the solution works as promised.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when we were unable to get resources from Amperity as quickly as hoped.
