A good zero trust data privacy solution
What do you like best about the product?
We like the untrusted approach to data security; assuming everyone/thing is untrusted and encrypting all data and only once a trust is established, allowing access to the unencrypted data.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are a newcomer without much time in the market. Not many people have heard of them and when looking for referrals/customers, it was tough to get a good sense of how satisfied existing customers are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate within a HITRUST environment and need to take a layered approach to data security. We were looking for a zero trust solution that encrypts our data and protects it from unauthorized access.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about PRivacy1 is the ability to protect against data breaches internally or externally. The best part about the software is that it protects data breaches from internal users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike about it as it's a time saviour. So I love this.

The user requirements are captured well that is easier to use. Data mapping is also superb.

Though the features are great but it seems to be a bit overpriced

It helps in managing business policies and its privacy. You can manage or mitigate risk involved managing business policies and guidelines.

Generally, Privacy1 is an accredited GDPR Compliance Software; it Safeguards the Company data and lowers the risk of data getting leaked, whereas it may be PI (Personal Information) or SPI (Sensitive Personal Information) that the Company gathers for Compliance Purposes. So, this Privacy1 Software gives Better Visibility of Building trust for our Business. So as mentioned, Personal data cannot be processed without the proper Permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is a Data Privacy & Data Security Management Software, Sometimes we might feel that Something is getting missed in the Database Security Software aspect. Still, apart from this, we get Alerts for Data loss Prevention. During the audit, we can perform the Risk Analysis by Performing GDPR Compliance for the EU Subjected Projects concerning the Project Owned by the Company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Using Privacy1, we can perform Data Analysis by Mapping the Data across certain EU Regions that come under the GDPR Regulation. Also, Tracking specific sensitive data in certain projects is helpful because we might deal with clients outside the European Entity(Maybe from the UK). Somehow after detailed analysis, we came to know that if we have any of the data centers of the Project associated with any of the European countries, then at that time, By using the Privacy1, We can Classify the Particular Project is falling under EU Directive or not during our data classification phase.

The Best Part of this product is that it gives protection to Organizational data and keeps data secured with encryption for legitimate systems, and only specific user can access to exact Data post implementing privacy policy.

Need to follow lots of standards to implement this product and lots of changes required to meet the privacy1 policy data which need to be implemented
