They have a good support team for their systems and have a focus on minimizing risk and providing us with a strong data protection system that can be implemented.

It's hard to get started you have to reach out to their support first without any other options available.

Privacy 1 is one of the best cybersecurity softwares on the market! It is so hard to find a company that really prioritizes securing your personal data by preventing and not just notifying you concerning the breach and outlining the details. Definitely will continue reffering others to this software!

The only issue I had was navigating the website initially. However after speaking to a technician I was able to find what I needed.

Though the product is good at an overall level, but there are certain features that are complex to manage. These features can be modified to reduce complexity.

Have to majorly attend the briefing session which is quite a bit time consuming

I like that it audits each engagement so that you can be aware of mistakes/ discrepancies right away.

Honestly I had some issues with it being slow, but that very well could have been issues with our connection.

Using Privacy1 has been the best decision we have made for our clients, especially those who are engaged in financial activities where client credentials & Transaction details have been kept safe and secured. As they always worried about data being hacked, but with Privacy1, we don't have to worry anymore.

although Privacy1 tech solution work fine for me and my clients. My only request to keep updating the Data Privacy 1010 course to can be more understandable for the employees within the organization
