Trustful Safeguarding Software
What do you like best about the product?
Transperency is the best thing i like. Without permission no one can access the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as currently a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safeguarding the all important organisation date. Only selected batch of users have access to data. Data security is one of important task covered.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Mapping and data screening are the best things which I like in this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendor support of this tool is not that great , need to escalate couple of issues multiple times

Cookies are managed properly due to this privacy1 tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is the fact that it has flexibility in managing data. We can setup access levels and encryption to the data we want. Set modules where data can reside are great to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is documentation that you need to follow if you're a first-timer. Not all documentation is clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a financial world, data is the most critical. Transporting data from one place to another requires access levels to be set and encryption standards. This software provides that wholesome solution. We tried this against Zscaler. Both are same and different in their own worlds. But both work great.

Data protection is very easy with this software. If you are worried about your privacy right and important documents you or your business might have - this would be the great option for you.

It is a little bit hard to reach out to support

It helped my organization to prevent data breaches. It also helped with security, compliance, and legislation practical advice.
Useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
With privacy1, we are able to create a secure overall network for our system to adhere to HIPAA policy without any concern. We are able to securely message coworkers and patients also.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I don't see a downside to this program. It is set up on our network and from there we don't really deal with it at all. It quietly does the necessary job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before this application creates a secure network where we can safely take care of people's files. There is now no safety concerns for breech of information.

The training availability for the data protection which helps all the employees to be cautious data security.

Wish there were more training or courses related to cyber security and internet of things.

The training availability for the employees, help them to be cautious of data security. It also helps to build and design secure product in consideration to the privacy.

Eye-catchy design and attractive website but not very substantive for that even if the website is very good

The most amazing part is they follow "zero trust data protection" that ensures data is well protected. They not only protect the data but also the location of its storage. with Privacy1 I am rest assured that my data is safe and away from cyber crimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is the documentation in their website to help a layman understand how to use this website. There must be present of blogs explaining how to use their website. Though they provide briefing, and that's a good part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide a cookie banner that's easy for users when they log in and won't dominate the first impression of my users when they log in. I personally have my own website and it has helped me immensely to maintain a polished look
