What do you like best about the product?
They offer a wide variety of tools to address numerous data protection needs. Their support responds quickly to any concern you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience has been good so far. The only downside is that they are based in Europe, so you have to keep in mind the timezone when getting support.

Our company is happy to use Privacy1 to make our customer data protection easier, respect privacy rights, and protect data from misuse. This will ultimately drive our business growth through trust. We also want our business to remain compliant with global privacy regulations and Privacy1 helps us do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the high costs. It adds to the overhead of our small business. In total, it costs us over about 200 dollars per month for their services and as a small business owner, this can add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us understand the compliance rules lawfully and also Consent management, Data privacy policy management, Data processing purpose management, and Work flow for handling data subject access requests.

The best part about Privacy1 is that it helps maintain GDPR compliance very effectively and efficiently. Thus easing out the extra effort of the organisations and saving a lot of time.

The website is not accessible for the users sometimes, making them lose valuable time. The performance of the website needs to be improved to enhance customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Privacy1 offered a free trial/version applicable to use, which is rarely seen by most products nowadays. The ease of use for access control, data mapping, and risk management was superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
The $160 price tag can be a bit steep, depending on the use case for each person. Personally, that is the only downside but you get what you pay for with that price.

Privacy1 helped to solve the business privacy that puts us at significant risk by mitigating those changes through a compliance-friendly and greatly defensible position.
Fantastic and easy to deploy cookie management and customer security improvement on our websites.

The easy-to-use cookie consent manager is fantastic, works flawlessly and perfectly themes to our website, Along with a great privacy manager that remains on the site for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
FUrther customization of the consent manager especially on mobile, would be excellent. There are sometimes visual glitches on unusual mobile resolutions. But this is uncommon and doesn't detract from the perceived quality of the website.

Pricing is opaque and based on a consultation, which makes it challenging to determine the cost upfront. Hard to remedy due to the bespoke nature of the solution, however.

GDPR compliance and the protection of personal information - not only through securely storing such information, but implementing change management approaches across the organisation to ensure data privacy.

What do you like best about the product?
Our firm has just started to use this software. I have heard that is a very easy software for data privacy without much hassle and very few steps
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be few training videos about the same as it is fairly new. The colours used are a little too strong for average user(my opinion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made storing data very easy and accessible. The prompts are very proactive which make the process little easy.

The way the demonstrates the privacy aspects and the solutions are the most likely to us. others features like the cookie management and privacy right management are seems to be very likely to our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things looked very congested while we started on their platform in the beginning. But that's not a major issue though. We understood everything easily as long as we used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we did not have any idea about how privacy laws work on various countries as well as various aspects of privacy like data protection, zero trust policy etc. But now we have a befitting idea of those and we are going ahead to ensure an environment full of privacy on our platform.
