Stopping Data Breaches
What do you like best about the product?
Privacy1 does exactly what it sets out to do. I can visit any website, send emails, and make transactions without the fear of being breached by hackers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't exactly sure how to get started with it, but once its set up. It seems to keep the firewall strong and robust enough to stop any incoming viruses or breachers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can happily discuss finances, transactions, and surf the web shopping or researching for my job without the fear of my financial records or database being compromised

Very good software that meets its intent
What do you like best about the product?
Used this software to help prevent data breaches when reviewing documents and external links, currently have not experienced any hacks or issues since using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I hear the system crashes when logging in, not sure if user error but also seems to be when there are updates or glitch fixes, overall still a smooth process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In business we are alway concerned about the lack of security when dealing with external parties, this software allows us to keep working with an eased mind knowing we are protected!

As mentioned it is good for small industry though it is complaint with goverment we believe it is still a long way to go.

Small scale client needs DIPA and governance along with PP management.
Hence we have suggested Privacy1.
It suits the requirement and satisfies the customer since language support for European countries is present it is a plus point for the client.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is straightforward, coming from a non IT/Software background. Privacy1 has made it very easy for Admins as well as management to understand the data that's been shown in a very easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Privacy1 is more or less a jack of all trades and master of none in some aspects, integrating them was a challenge but the support team was wonderful and gave us all the required tools to get through it. Thank you Privacy1 Team.

One of the major hassles that led us to look at Privacy1 was the amount of data we stored and from where all the data was coming in. Privacy1 and its integrated systems to manage access from multiple infrastructures helped us immensely in terms of the seamless transition between our current provide and Privacy 1.

What do you like best about the product?
Privacy for the whole data lifecycle from the first time when it's created, stored, cleaned/ sanitized, processed and shared up to when it's obsolete/ deleted. Data scrambling, various layers of protection, multiple access keys etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to access and understand, users have a learning curve, and training is a must before using this software; user interfaces is buggy sometimes, not a great experience (a good one, though)!

What do you like best about the product?
Privacy1 has helped gauge the risk in terms of data protection and data privacy for the organisation. It is an easy to implement and even easier to use solution. Highly agile and highly customisable. Allows you to get an accurate assesement of data protection and mitigates it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point is one the consideration factor while implementing solutions of this scale. For bigger organisations, solution is apt and is highly recommended among the segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk assesement used to be a huge worry for us. Data protection and audit along with if we have adequate measures in place to deal with privacy and data breach are the ones solved by Privacy1.
