Powerful and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
An easy to setup and use SIEM, SOAR and compliance insights in-one with pricing thats isn't based on GB/day. The SOC team is the right level of balance between being serious / knowledgable and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adlumin is still an evolving platform, which means some features don't exist today but that allows you as a customer to have a voice in their growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full audit trail with steady pricing (per user and not per GB/day). Perfect solution for organizations growing into security and have no place to start. Provides proactive insights for more advanced organizations to be proactive. 24/7 SOC team that handles any concerns and works with you to be more secure. There UEBA has prevented several compromises across our customers. Would recommend this solution for anyone that does not have a dedicated security team.
Great service for company
What do you like best about the product?
Adlumin has been able to help us find exactly where threats are coming from and ways that we can block and research what we need to do to improve our systems. Would recommend to anyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation is something that I wish would be a little bit easier to navigate but with the help of support we are able to find what we want to get to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin has helped us find threats that have come in. Also we are able to see specific information about our devices.
An extra pair of EYES to help you sleep better at night
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard and I love the monitoring they provide. They have already caught things on our network and just knowing they are monitoring and ready to assist is very helpful. Their software is powerful and successfully integrated with everything on our network. I am impressed how easy they are to work with and regularly reach out to discuss any concerns or questions we might have. They completely understand what superb customer service means.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounte anything that I dislike. Sometimes when I see an alert or notificaiton I get worried but to me this indicates how closely they are monitoring things from their end. We continue to tweak and improve things so that the reports can be as acurate as possible. I was concerned with false positives but even that has not been an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visability into our logs and what is currently happening on our network.

Adlumin is the best SIEM provider in our industry
What do you like best about the product?
We use Adlumin's SIEM, SOC, Vulnerability scanning and Patch Managment. Their SIEM solution is amazing and easy to use and ensures we are adhering to a strong security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any complaints with Adlumin. They are a great business partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin solves our overall security concerns and risks. Their SOC is very talented and has caught real life security events.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service and Response Time! Wow! No matter what I email or call about, Adlumin IS ON IT! They have always responded in less than 15 minutes---which in this day and age is, yes, "unprecedented!"
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is I can't think of one! haha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin assists not only with outside invaders but they can tell you a lot about your own network via their very friendly dashboard, e.g., stale accounts, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive to use & outstanding support. Adlumin continues to innovate and add new offerings. Adlumin isn't just a service that serves as overwatch, they are our security partner.

Nothing really except they always find items for me to fix on my network!

We are very shorthanded and cannot afford to hire a security only role employee. Adlumin allows us to have the 24x7 security response that we can't otherwise afford.
Easy and Informative
What do you like best about the product?
The way that the product gathers the information makes it so easy to understand. A detailed dashboard is provided to help sort information puts things right at your finger tips!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a single dislike. I have used other products that have been frustrating to understand, but Adlumin is just not one of those products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin allows us to gather all logs into one place that filters and provides great reports. Instead of having multiple products, Adlumin is an all in one product.
Something simple and easy to use will save a lot of trouble!

The interface is intuitive. It's easy to find problems and resolve them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price can be high, however, it does provide enough value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audits all the security issues that go on in the network. Log ingestion is part of that. Clients on windows systems helps the other part of that.
Adlumin Review for our 1st year being with them
What do you like best about the product?
I really do enjoy the Admin portal for the most part. They have improved it quite a bit since I've been a customer. Qualys for vulnerability management and patch management is pretty slick too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've had issues with is vulnerability management and patch management. It took a while to get our patches working correctly, and still not sure they are all the way. My issue with VM is I was under the impression that we would get more assistance around this piece, but it's all manual except a few emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us better insight around security, vulnerabilities, and patches. All in all, it has made me feel much more comfortable with how I have things running.
